I have used these phones for nearly 20 years. They are very well made. This particular one had some glitches. I contacted the seller and they exchanged with no issues. The replacement works perfectly.

i order this phone upon receiving it I try to connect it to my phonreline no dial tone on the new handset i also notice thatnone of the led panel is lit . so I submit a return ticket with in the same day that i receive i, I read the instruction it sttes that they will not reimburse the return shipping even if the product is defected. what a rip off. i can beleive Amazon would allow such deceptive business practice on their website i should file my complaint with the NYS comsummer protection board the NY Better Business Bureau and the NYState Attorney General.i work hard to be rip of like thisI dont get mad I get even
