Updated review12/19/18-I am updating this review, because I feel cheated. I thought I was getting in 30g of Protein after my surgery, but I was only getting 10g. I wasn't feeling well and I wasn't progressing like I should and after going to the doctor and discussing what I was doing, showing him what I was using, he looked over the packaging and then did some research. First results for this company is a lawsuit pending about misleading customers. There is a lot of complaints about this product. All the "positive" reviews here are either all paid for with free product for a great review or someone who got it, used it and was like "this is great!" with out doing the research like myself. I'd demand my money back, but I've used half of it. So now I will finish it up and find another product, but at least I now know when using it its only 10g. WOW I am really annoyed, thanks for screwing things up for me.Original Review:Why am I giving this 3 stars if I said its easy to use and no taste? Well, frankly, it doesn't dissolve all the way. I've tried everything, following the directions and reading the reviews of others on here. I like to add this to my morning coffee, so what I have to do is get a small cup of cold water and drop it in the cup and mix it with a fork. Doesn't matter how long I mix it for, I always get little chunks of the powder in the liquid. I've also tried using a small mixer for protein drinks and it still has little chunks. Then I pour it into the coffee, which of course takes away some of the temperature of the coffee. It leaves chunks in the cup of coffee, which is fine if you clean it straight away. BUT drinking it, it takes a little getting used to as sometimes you are drink and get a chunk of protein. Which tastes like nothing, but its a weird experience. WITH that said, I need to get extra protein in, so I'll keep using it for now.

I was struggling getting my protein in after bariatric surgery. I have used other flavored protein powders but, you have to use So much! I have a very limited capacity stomach now. The Genepro has been awesome! You only use a small amount compared to other protein powders. Love the versatility that you have in adding it in cold or hot. Sweet or savory. Virtually no taste. You still have to watch that you do not add it to real hot or real cold foods. It mixes so well. Seems like it hits the liquid and it instantly dissolves. A lot better than some proteins. If you are in need of extra protein, Genepro is the best!!

I don’t write reviews, even though I am a frequent Amazon user. But this powder needs to be known. I am a dialysis patient. Part of my problem being that kidney failure kind of kills your appetite which makes the next thing difficult. Part of my treatment also requires that I get about 100g of protein a day, but I have to avoid phosphorus as found in dairy, some meats/seafood, and many pre-made foods, as well as many sodas and other drinks. So finding enough protein has been something of a challenge. Protein bars and powders are always sweet, or need liquid, another restricted intake for me, and often have odd textures or hidden sugars/phosphorus/calcium.This product can be mixed into almost any food/drink. I mix into eggs, cottage cheese(in moderation), coffee, mashed potatoes. No weird flavor, no weird texture. Worth every penny. I just reordered and will continue to do so. After almost 6 years, I have found “the one”!

I had bariatric surgery 23 days ago. For the first two weeks I was on a liquids diet and instructed to get at least 65 grams of protein a day. I had been told that tastes change and that I should try a variety of protein powders, which I did. Genepro is the most painless powder I have found. It mixes into anything while being barely noticeable - usually not at all noticeable if it is in certain types of foods like dairy.I am supposed to be getting all of my protein from food now and no shakes, but I'm able to put a teaspoon of Genepro into whatever I'm consuming, 3 times a day, and there is 30 grams. So I've been meeting my protein goals without a problem.I'll keep buying this product to supplement my diet, and doubt I'll bother with any other.

To start, I hate the taste of whey... nasty, yucky yuck (to be mature about it). So I blend this with frozen strawberries, blueberries, a cup of vanilla Mootopia (lactose free milk) and 2 scoops of Genepro and I have 74 grams of protein in what legit tastes like a milkshake. It works EXTREMELY WELL! I am 4 week post-gastric sleeve and this stuff lasts me all day.

This protein powder has been instrumental in helping me lose 31 lbs in the last 6 weeks since having the sleeve gastrectomy surgery. It has made it incredibly easy to get in enough protein on a low calorie, low fat and low sugar diet. It has no flavor and blends well in a variety of products such as jello, drinks, puddings and soups. It does tend to mix more easily in warm liquids. It will clump up if mixed with extremely hot liquids, which is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars. I have already ordered more and have highly recommended to family and friends!!

Misleading photo. As you can see from the product photo and reality are very very different that was incredibly disappointing but then to read later that it’s not actually 30 g of protein it’s only 10 is even worse

I bought this product to use in my smoothies. The product I was using has become too expensive. I have a very sensitive system and cannot handle pea protein and/or other popular ingredients. I found this very satisfying to my system. On day four I noticed an improvement in my facial skin; as I was putting on my moisturizer. The little lines I had on thinning skin were smoothing out. Now it's been about 2 weeks since I started and my skin definitely looks younger, even on the upper eye and on my hands their is more elasticity as well less wrinkled. I bought this for other health reasons but am so pleased with these results.
