We spent £60 on the wheelbarrow and it simply wouldn’t go together properly after trying three times with different variations of the instructions none worked well enough to provide us with a useful wheelbarrow and after requesting a return I was told I had to pay to return itDo not buy this item it’s awful

Wheelbarrow arrived and the only bolts supplied was the bolt for the wheel. Very poor quality product and this company really have to sort out their quality control. N0, I will not call or email your company to request any missing parts as the parts should have been supplied in the first place. Return started with Amazon.

Not fit for purpose. The frame was out of shape so nothing fitted together and the seller refused to believe it was faulty. Terrible customer service.

This barrow was a nightmare to fit together & then on top of all the hassle, the wheel doesn't fit in properly nor spin as it should. Horrific waste of time & money!

The product is inferior, buy a wheelBarrow from somewhere else. Customer service team are useless and defensive, also lied. Main website is down and can only can through Amazon. They claim they sell 100’s. They have a metal wheel barrow at the same price which uses different parts but is stronger. Surveyed other wheelbarrows and they all use long bolts in the wheel instead of 4 nuts that fall out too easily or tighten up to much and the wheel stops moving.do not buy please.

Really hard to put together, but after about an hour managed to get it together (you need to be strong, thankfully my husband is a power lifter, just to emphasise how hard it was)! However, it does the job, and functions well.
