So far so good gives support under your arch feels a bit lumpy at first but soon got used to it,can be worn with shoes or boots comfortably I bought a small and am a size 5 shoe and gave enough tightness to keep pad in place. Good value for money.

Easy to wash and gives me some relief to my plantar fasciitis
It seems to give me some relief to my foot which has plantar fasciitis and they are easy to wash.
