Already Feeling Better After A Week
I recently purchased the Mintlife© Pushup Board, it’s been one of the best investments I’ve made for my fitness. I’ve only completed week one of the free 30-week training program, but I can already feel the difference – more energy, better posture, and my upper body feels noticeably stronger. The board itself is really well-designed. It’s sturdy yet lightweight, making it easy to set up at home or take while travelling. I love how it targets different muscle groups (chest, shoulders, back, and triceps) just by changing the hand positions make it feel like having a personal trainer! The beginner-friendly modules are perfect for someone like me who’s just getting back into fitness but still offers enough variety to challenge even experienced users. The colour-coded system makes it simple to follow, and there’s no guessing what to do next.I can’t wait to see the results as I move further into the 30 weeks, but even after just 7 days, I feel more motivated and healthier. I highly recommend this pushup board if you’re looking for a convenient, effective, and affordable way to work out anywhere. It’s genuinely a complete whole-body workout system!

Handles are hard. Good exercise programme free on Mintlife site. Free Returns.
"Mintlife© Pushup Board For Men & Women + FREE 30-Week Training Program - Portable Press Up Board For Home & Travel" - from seller's headline.First, I was taken by this set's beautiful colour scheme. In a way, this is irrelevant, but not really. Liking to look at my equipment does encourage me to use it. Here you have a black background, with turquoise handles and turquoise, green, yellow and red markings. My first criticism is the lack of padding on the handles, despite their being repeatedly referred to as "soft" on the ad. They are no such thing. However I am in the habit of always wearing gloves for my workouts, so I hope these will supply enough cushioning. The system to allow the user to swap angles for different exercises is ingenious and effortless. There are two small rings to allow you to attach stretch bands to the base, but in the outermost position the handles almost block these. The plastic board feels a little flimsy, though the handles feel much stronger. As an earlier reviewer has mentioned, there is an excellent exercise programme provided. If like me you are allergic to QR codes and mobile phones, you can use your desk/laptop to go onto Mintlife's site, where you can download free exercise programmes from complete beginner to advanced. No purchase is needed.By contrast, very little info. is available on the ad. A strip of 10 felt pads is provided, with no advice as how to attach them to the 22 buttons which will be in contact with the floor to minimise the chance of the board's slipping. There is a nasty shiny bag provided for transporting this kit. Not only is it ugly in itself, it is disfigured by having "Mintlife" in cheap white letters (already starting to degrade) on both sides. The current price is £23.99. You can find other, similar boards on Amazon, both cheaper and dearer (mostly cheaper). You do have Free Returns.

The Value is the Training Programme rather than the Push Up Board.
Delivery and Packaging:This was delivered quickly and well packed.Design and Build Quality:The build is all plastic. A brightly coloured board with indents for the two strong plastic handles to be pushed into for various exercises. The handles can be fitted vertical or horizontal on the board and there are anchors for tension bands to be hooked into. The board folds in half and can be stored with the handles in the retail box.The board arrives with a card with QR codes which allow you to register for the exercise programme.on the MintLife site. The Product in Use:I wasn't that impressed when I first opened the box. It didn't seem super sturdy nor did there seem much to it and how could this be better than just doing press ups with flat hands, knuckles or on fingertips? However, because the board is narrower than I am used to, it brought my arms in to shoulder width and made the first press ups tougher than I thought they would be.It should be said that in the first few days of the programme, the board is used sparingly and the exercises are work outs for your whole body using your own weight. It is all effective and nothing new but signing up and following the directives on the Mint Life site is very good. The instructions are clear and for most exercises there is an accompanying video to see exactly how it is done.Rest days are also built into the schedule and there is a gradual build up.The push up board is fine and took my 17 stone weight while working out on it but the exercise programme is free with the board and a good prograamme to work through. Conclusion:Although the push up board is decent enough, the best value is the exercise regime that you sign up for and can give you better benefits.. You'll have to decide for yourself if this is for you, but I'm working through it and enjoying it so far.
