The item was missing a part. A cord was included that does not belong with the item. The item was advertised as battery operated. No way to operate the massager. Strong, not that quiet though
it's not as quiet as I was hoping and the speed differences aren't that noticeable. Other than that it's really good, it's pretty powerful, and works well especially for it's price, it's small so if you decide to take it anywhere it won't take up much space.
