Worked perfectly, 1st time user, 1st time cleaning for 1st time application of thermal paste to (renewed) HP Z840 2x E5-2697v3. Man, should have down this years ago.

Not worth the 10 bucks just get you a big bottle of 99% isopropyl alcohol and some cotton swabs cheaper and will last you alot longer

I finally ran out of my supply of the liquids I was using previously. These are so much more convenient. Just use them and discard. Does a great job of cleaning and prepping the surfaces.

I acquired some old systems recently and wanted to repurpose some of the hardware. I had a better CPU tower cooler than the stock one that was in the system so I decided to throw it on. I pulled out a set of wipes from this kit and had the surface cleaned up in no time. It was so much easier than trying to use paper towels and other methods that always end up a mess. I still managed to get a small amount of thermal pasta on my finger from my own carelessness and the wipes got it right off.If you repurpose systems or perform maintenance on them regularly then this is a super handy cleanup kit to have.

I used these wipes before repasting my CPU and GPU. In both cases they worked great. The die or heat spreader looked new and was very clean.
