My order arrived about two weeks ago. I was initially satisfied with the product, but I plugged it in to charge yesterday and when I unplugged it, it no longer worked. No matter what I tried, it just wouldn’t turn on again. I definitely did not have a bad experience with the seller. However, from what I understand, the product itself breaks down very easily, so I’m not satisfied with it. You might consider paying £10–£20 more to get something of better quality.

Handy, with decent suction. I have used it for the stairs, crumbs on the kitchen tablecloth, windowsills and will try it for my car. I gave it 4 stars because I have to charge it on my pc and a full charge doesn't last long, about 5 minutes, maybe a little more.

Brought product in January 2025. Stopped working, will not hold charge. When work excellent. Full refund under consumer rights please.

Use to clean crumb in car , small so easy to hold, power is weak

Was a great little hoover until it just stopped working, dead as a door nail fully charged up to 40 but still nothing hardly used , I will no doubt buy another and hope this crumb hoover , stopping working was just a one off. I was going to return it, but for the price of £15 is not worth the hassle.
