Happily wrong about this set, very worth it.
I was unsure about this set quality but happily I was wrong. Only con was delivery time which in my case was +1 month.First off, there are no other reviews in any other page that I could get ahold of, then I really took a gamble with this set, but thankfully the size, quality and content (Riichi sticks, dices, dealer indicator) was just on point. The tiles are a 9/10 in quality, some have little spots that need a bit polish to removed and Hatsu tiles are black instead of green Also it has interchangeable 5 reds so you could play more variants if you want to. also 1 black set of flowers. Other than that, I feel very happy with this buy. Good price, a comfortable and beautiful Riichi mahjong set.P.S It's a really neat set to introduce new players since readability and size is very good. And set is considerably heavy.Edit: After over 6 months of DAILY use set is still pretty good. Cons to note that another based reviewer kindly mentioned and I missed:I got my mahjongJunkmat and tiles with this size barely fits, specially when you reach the 3rd row of discards, if you have or plan to get a Junkmat you may consider having lightly smaller tiles.Bag quality and organization is rather lacking, just the bare minimum. Same with Riichi Sticks, there are enough but if you do play more honbas you will run out of them. (Either way you should grab color coded sticks). The mat is barely enough and kinda low quality since wind order is wrong, so you if dont have another compass available it's really misleading.Price might be a little bit pricier than regular but if you account the size and quality of the tiles only, I really think they are better than most common mahjong sets, though so big to actually fully grab your 13-tile hand. Also not arabic numerals or anything, I have read that if you want to play riichi it's almost imposible to get red 5s and arabics in the same set though you may find one, it's easier to mod them with stickers OR you can just paint a 5 for each suit on a regular numeral Chinese set but you will not have Japanese tile designs. (1-sou, Man kanjis, Pins, Hatsu, Haaku, Chun) so personally this is a very solid Riichi set.

Pretty good but not quite worth the price
Totally agree with another reviewer, so review based on that with a little my thought.-----------------Things I like that other people might like:* Comes with red 5 dora tiles.Things I like that other people might not like:* Smaller Tiles. I like how compact it is. (but the set is still very heavy)* No Arabic Numerals or for those who don't want to memorize Chinese Characters.Things I don't like:* Green Dragon isn't green. (and the Bamboos are not entirely green, which makes me very hard to explain 'All Green' to others.)* Carrying case is not well fitted for the tiles; everything just sloppily fits in it. (I also 3d printed a compass but there's no way to fit it in.)* The compass on the mat is incorrect. A true Mahjong compass should go counter-clockwise: East, South, West, North.Other things to note:* Comes with almost exactly enough Tenbou for 4 player with enough Honba for 4 repeat rounds.

Decent set but probably overpriced.
