We absolutely love our sofa sectional! It was fully expanded in about an hour and we finally use our spare bedroom as a movie room now that we have this sectional. It also doubles as a guest bed because it is so big and just as comfortable as a memory foam mattress. My daughter has overnights and 4 teenagers can sleep comfortably. The back pillows are a little flimsy so I just put 2 body pillows between them and the wall and you can’t even tell. You can’t beat this size of a sectional for the ease of unpacking and the price!

Okay let me start off with saying this couch is BIG! Pictures don’t do it enough justice. I would say it can got about 4-6 people on it if you wanted to. I got a grey U shaped couch & it arrived in 2 boxes. I literally had the couch unboxed & aired out in less than 30 minutes. It was incredible effortless & easy. The couch expands in seconds to size. Some of the reviews says the backs of the couches are flat…well that’s try when first unboxed from an air tight bag. I took the back cushions and massaged/fluffed out the padding. They instantly doubled in thickness. A HUGE bonus for me was that all the backs of the couches & ottomans covers can be unzipped and WASHED! As a parents of toddlers that’s was so exciting. I tried to insert pictures to show how the couch arrived, how it fluffed out, and then how I styled the couch. All of this took me 30 minutes. Very comfortable & its memory foam. I would make the purchase if you’re thinking about it…it’s totally worth it.

Absolutely love this couch. We waited the full 96 hours before sitting on it, so it was firm but comfortable. The back is low, and the pillows are a little floppy but it doesn’t bother us. All 4 of us can fit on this couch at a time - Two adults, two children - and we still have extra room. I also love that nothing can fall between the cushions or roll under the couch. It makes keeping the living space that much easier!

Great couch, very soft and cozy but also still firm and sturdy. Basically a king sized bed for your living room. Must have for anyone that wants to snuggle up for a movie night!!

I was initially skeptical about choosing my couches, but after reading a review from someone who loved them, I decided to go for it. I can confidently say she was right! They are beautiful, spacious, and the way they were packaged was incredible. It was amazing to see such a high-quality product that was so easy to unpack and set up. My family and I love them so much!

Este sofá es súper lindo y de buena calidad. Increíblemente viene sellado al vacío y toma forma cuando se abre, se vuelve bastante grande y sólido. Lamentablemente, tiene mucho olor a plástico. Ya han pasado semanas y el olor todavía se siente. No se si es tóxico o que pero no logro quitarlo

The biggest and most recently discovered negative is that if you get and it realize (like me) that the quality isn't what you were hoping for then and it wasn't as advertised, then you the buyer are responsible for repacking this product (including air sealing somehow it to get it small enough) and paying shipment to return it for any sort of refund at all which is pretty much impossible.The usual amazon return policy doesn't apply here.I received the product with some issues on shipping. Seems the couch portion was lost somewhere and didn't arrive until 2 days later.The product is advertised as a living room couch that supports adults and I want to be clear. It is not that at all.When an adult sits on it the foam leans forward under you and you feel like you are sliding off of it. The back offers no support for an adult over 5ft unless the couch is backed up against a solid surface like a wall, otherwise the back bulges out and you are left laying nearly flat.None of the cushions that arrived with this product actually regained any of their shape or offered any support for the back.I bought this item to put in my husband's office and I'm really disappointed with the quality.Also there is a odd chemical smell with the couch since I've opened it, the ottomans did not have it but if you put your face near the pillows or cushions of the couch it has a smell.I will add photos to this post shortly to give a better idea and view of the lack of quality overall

I don't normally leave reviews. But when ordering this couch there was a problem with it getting delivered to the wrong apartment and it ended up getting stolen. Thankfully the seller was understanding and was able to send me another one. I absolutely love it!
