Angela was recommended Inulin to help reduce the high level of visceral fat that showed up on her MRI scan. Inulin is high in dietary fibre and fat free. It is also gluten and lactose free.

Organic Inulin Powder.
I have now tried several brands of inulin, this one is very finely milled indeed, and can go everywhere if you're not careful, it would have been better packaged in a plastic screw top jar. I've found it does not dissolve in water quite as easily as other inulin products I've used, (but putting it into warm water helps), and it's more expensive, but I've found just as effective, and I've had no adverse effects. In terms of all the reported health benefits, that's harder to know/say without a full health check, but it certainly helps one's constitution, and I've found I've only needed to use one teaspoon per day of this particular brand.

Really good for fibre
Amazing stuff. Family member is celiac and this provides a great fibre boost. Have purchased before and will purchase again. Keeps things easy and regular if you know what I mean.......
