I bought these specifically due to the width of them. I was looking for a more efficient way of packaging food from my freeze dryer. It is slightly wider than the small trays I have and makes packaging quicker with less spill waste as I can just tip the trays in. It works well with my mylar bags as well as large mouth mason jars. It is slightly bigger than a regular mouth jar so I had to do a little rigging.

BOTTOM LINE:1. I recommend this Vesici Vesici-2 Pack Multi Purpose Filling Funnel 2.5x10-Blue.2. The current price of ~$24 is a bit high.LIKES:- Great for pouring messy material into containers.- Plastic is reasonably strong.- Set of 2 is great.DISLIKES:- Small end is still too big to use to fill my 5-gallon water jugs. This was my intended usage but did not work. I have to use an even smaller funnel underneath to fit everything and then it's unstable.

I’ve been using a standard canning funnel to refill the DI resin in my water filtration system, but with its 5-inch outer diameter, resin often spills over the edge, especially when pouring from large bags.This Vesici funnel, with an outer diameter of 10 inches and an inner diameter of 2.5 inches, fits perfectly into water filter cartridges.
