Spigen Ultra Hybrid iPhone 6 Plus Case with Air Cushion Technology and Hybrid Drop Protection for iPhone 6 Plus - Black

I love my new iPhone 6 plus but didn't want it to get all scratch up, so I knew I would need to get some type of case. While apple had some nice cases, I just couldn't spend $40 for one of their cases after all the money I had already spent on the case. I search around the web for other cases under $20, but unfortunately because the iphone 6 Plus was so new it was almost impossible to find cases not to mention with the budget I had in mind. I think beautiful phones should be shown off not all covered up so it was very important to me to have a simple clear jell case, and so when I cam across this one and for the price I was ecstatic. I was actually planning on going on a cruise I knew I definitely need the case ASAP. I ordered the case not expecting it to arrive in time but to my surprise it came the day before I left for the cruise, so I was super happy. The case was perfect size, just the right thickness to protect the phone without cover the beautiful device. I did notice two stickers about a plastic cover on the case but couldn't even see the plastic covers, so I just pulled off the stickers. A couple days later while on the ship I noticed the case look scratch as if it was peeling, and Immediately started panicking. I tried wiping the scratched and the case started peeling. I was shocked at my brand new case peeling, only to realize it was a supper thin plastic cover on the back side of the case. I then took the phone out of the case and scratch the inside, and after several attempt to find another plastic I found it. I peeled both plastics off and OMG, while the case looked great before, it looked even more amazing, it was almost as if the phone wasn't in a case. I love this case, its the best clear jell case ever. I strongly recommend this case, especially since the iphone 6 camera protrudes, this case elevates the camera lens so if you place it on a table that might have a little water you don't have to worry about the lens getting wet or being scratched by any surface you place it on.

Don't listen to the idiots that gave this case a bad review. The back is crystal clear after removing the plastic film. I almost never post reviews, but I was so happy with this purchase that I had to review it.I got the black case. This case gives good protection and looks sexy on my space Grey iPhone 6 plus. The cut outs for the headphone jack, charging port, speaker, and vibration toggle are all perfect size. The back is super clear plastic with a perfect cut out for the camera and flash. Since it is plastic, it is prone to getting scratched. Good thing spigen put 4 little legs at each corner on the back of the case, so when you set your phone face up on a table, the plastic back will not touch the table. I take really good care of my phone, but for some reason, I have a few scratches on the plastic backing. I love how the volume and power buttons are almost hidden. They feel good to press and they are not too hard to press without looking at your phone. You can just rub your finger on the sides until you feel the imprint to find the buttons without looking. It doesn't bother me though. It protects the screen when placed face down on a table. I feel like if I were to just push down on the middle of my phone while it is faced down on a table, the screen will touch the table. I haven't tested this, obviously. This doesn't bother me because I am never going to push down on my phone when it is on a table. It can protect against a drop, but I don't know how well. Won't test this either. I mean it does have "air cushion" technology lol. I don't drop my phones so I don't have to worry about that, I got this case to mostly just protect from scratches when I place my phone down on a table. So far, it is doing it's job perfectly. It also looks very beautiful on your phone, it shows your phones back color. It's also super slim, I can slip my phone in and out of my pocket easily. Perfect size and perfect look for me. I chose black because it looks cooler than clear. Clear may show off your entire phone, but it looks too tacky for me. Also, someone said that it can get stained. The black case looks good all around, even if it covers the edges of your phone. Overall, this case is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone that doesn't drop their phone and wants to protect their phone from scratches. I think I will use this case forever. I have been using it for two weeks straight everyday, the only problem so far is a deep scratch on the clear plastic backing and a few small scratches around there. I don't do anything except put my phone in my pocket, hold it, or place it flat on a table. Haven't dropped it and never will. I don't know how those scratches got there. I will update my review if I notice anymore problems with this case in the future.I will also appreciate if someone would be kind enough to make a drop test video with this case and a real iPhone 6 plus. I want to see how well this case protects against drops.I forgot to mention, there are some slight imperfections where the lip of the case goes over the edges of the screen. There are little parts of the tpu sticking out. I fixed this by taking a razor and cutting off the excess tpu. It looks beautiful now!

Super precise fit! Not too snug nor is it loose in any way. It feels like a great gripping material, combined from soft gel and hard plastic that really compliments the look on the phone (in my case a Space Grey model) and also, at least for my big hands, makes it cradle even better and provides a somewhat augmented accuracy for the volume and home/lock buttons.The rounded edges on the device are not completely swallowed by the case and the edges on the case itself don't feel sharp to touch or hold even with the weirdest of grips one might use – like the 'pinky-to-bottom' I usually choose for single handed use (no pun intended).As for the cut-outs, they seem to be laser made all over! Big headphone jacks might have a bit of a problem fitting, but the Apple Issued EarPods and some of the aftermarket pieces I've tried so far fit well. Also important, the speaker is never obstructed by the case and as far as I can tell, there is no visible light leak or aberrance due to the clear case and the flash when turned on, while still providing enough depth from surface to lens to protect it while laying flat.I won't drop the thing just to write a review, but from previous experience with other cases and the look/feel of this one, it certainly looks like it can really provide protection, at no expense to the pocket or device aesthetics.P.S.I'm writing this review as a current Amazon Prime trial holder and I must mention that even with an international delivery (to México) the shipping time was stellar (nine days) and it even allowed me to dodge the usual US tax, with no surreal costs added. Really considering paying for the service!
