Q: Some reviews say family owned business in Minessota, also seeing made in China? Which is it?

My purchased came with a written card confirming it was a family owned business. Probably the product is sold by them but produced in china (as mostly everything in this world)

Q: Does this have fragrance? I’m allergic and cannot tell from the description.

It has a slight fragrance. Like a fresh scent. you dont notice it after it run through cycle though. I am also allergic and its ok for me.

Q: It says 1 years supply? So your supposed to do it 2x a month?!?!

Hello! Yep! So that is every other week to keep it in prime shape. Some people do it once a month even to make it last 2 years! Whatever works :) Feel free to use the calendar provided on the packaging to keep track. Best, Jess
