I was recommended these as I was getting regular episodes of thrush mainly after intercourse.Classic thrush treatments are short lasting and I’d rather treat things as naturally as possible.These have worked wonders - instantly.I haven’t had an episode of thrush at all since taking them and I have been super sexually active this month. I’d have definitely had an episode of thrush by now, if I was not taking these.1000% recommend these!

These are Microbiome capsules, suitable for Vegans and formulated for women.They have a 30 billion rating of 15 live bacteria strains, guaranteed.You get 30 in the container, recommended dose, one a day, so one months supply.Can also be used alongside those taking antibiotics, taken a few hours or after food.These are also gluten, dairy and soya free.No refrigeration required.Best before date of December 2025.I found them easy to swallow, with a glass of water, with no aftertaste.Photos attached for reference.Very happy to recommend as Vegan.Only downside is I’m not too sure about the price, seems quite high, but it does have the guarantee promise with this supplement, plus, it didn’t have a clear cellophane seal around the neck of the bottle top for security or a seal foil inside the cap once opened, you just click the top open.As with any supplement, if unsure, check with your health care provider first.Thank you.
