Liposomal Urolithin A Supplement 2000MG for Energy 120 Capsules

The Urolithin A supplement I was taking has recently been discontinued and I decided to try this as an alternative.According to the National Institutes of Health, "Urolithin A exhibits the potential to enhance muscle health and performance by improving mitochondrial function and regulating autophagy." For me, I take it primarily to improve muscle recovery as my muscles aren't recovering as quickly from hard workouts as they did when I was younger. Some Urolithin A supplements are quite expensive and I didn't see the need for one that would cost multiple dollars per day.This version has the amount of Urolithin A I'm looking for. As for the other ingredients, they are generally along the lines of what people would expect, but I like to see exact quantities of what is included in a supplement and don't feel comfortable giving 5 stars for any product that includes a proprietary blend.

Read good things about Urolithin A. This product is liposomal, which means more bioavailable, so that is a huge plus. Good two-pack so will last two months (at 2 capsules a day). No junk. Does have pomegranate, walnut shell (yes is used for good reasons in assorted products), and strawberry. Easy to swallow. No issues with use.
