Make it thin or thick, for me it's a way to get nutrition and hydration first thing in the morning. I have loads of energy that begun with my first container. I've had no digestive issues. The taste is good compared to some of the other nutritional drinks. I've only tried the Chocolate. I'm doing an experiment on myself...1 container of this then 1 container of AG1. I'll take a day or two off every now and then to have a big delicious nutritious homemade smoothie. Doing that makes it last longer to help mitigate the cost. It's not marketed as a protein powder but rather as nutrition. You can always add a scoop of protein if you want more. For me it beats supplementing with a lot of bottles of individual nutrients. I do still take a D3 + K2 supplement because I've been chronically low.

I initially ordered this supplement so I could add nutrients to my daily routine. It just so happened that I broke a rib one week after receiving and starting this supplement. I am convinced this supplement has helped in my healing process. I have reordered once already and am reordering for a third time. I just feel better since I've been using it daily. I think it's time for me to start a monthly subscription!

Started with their cleanse and have continued with the daily nutritional support to continue all the good nutrients.

This is my ultimate favorite protein powder. I have it every morning, even on the weekends. It's been really great since I've been nursing to have a smoothie in the morning. And just put some of this in there, it really helps with milk production. Even now, just not for that. My husband also drinks this stuff and we had been drinking it before I had even had a baby

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this protein for the vitamin and mineral content in combination with the vegetable proteins. I cannot palette this stuff. I have tried to cut it down with other better tasting powders, bananas, cold and even tried to “ice smoothie” the mix to no avail. There is an unusual flavor (probably the vegetable proteins) that I could learn to sweeten up a bit. ITS THE STEVIA That ruins the mix!! Tastes like bitting cold metal powder, weirdest experience ever with un-alive food. NO SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. Not a good value for the money. 14 servings for $50. All I can smell is the Stevia, not the chocolate AT ALL. Cannot taste the chocolate at all, only the weird stevia taste. Cane sugar is all natural, why not use that?! Very easy to use, large wide mouth container, the scoop is taller and more cylindrical than most making it easier to fill cups and bottles..A lot of B-12, will give you a bump. Needs to be microlized. Gritty.
