Amazing
Been on Shilajit for only 4 days and I’m sleeping so much better than I have in years….normally sleep for 4/5 hours and then waken….now I'm sleeping straight through for 8/9 hours…. Quantity puzzle
Opened the pot to see it fully packed with shilajit. However, the next morning contents had seemingly halved, quite mysteriously. Quality of the product I am pleased with, sticky and solid texture, don't think it will provide 80 servings though!

Brilliant
Have taken shilajit for years. I’m 38 and people think I’m late 20s. Lots of great benefits if taken with a healthy diet and workouts too.The taste is not a benefit but anything that tastes like decomposed plants has got to be good for you. I take it in my coffee so it dilutes the taste. The taste is not covered up though but it’s easier, especially for a newbie.Definitely recommend. Good price.

A great sized shilajit at 40g. Normally they are abit smaller at around 30g. Great potent taste and very useful when you are weight lifting. Helps boost your strength and energy. It increases your immunity and boosts stamina. Great product
