Dear seller, received your item but it doesn't match my expectations. I think this is my 2nd time negative review on a product, since past 10 years i am buying products from Amazon.First of all, your product does not come with a proper installation manual. The manual provided is so incomplete. All the parts given is not shown in the picture. It took us like 2 hrs to fix this. We got frustrated with the time it consumed. Manuals are supposed to help but this one doesn't do that. Kindly fix it.Then the package delivered was broken which is very unlikely with Amazon delivery. Just because my mother likes the product and is impatient to wait for the replacement i am not returning it.The quality of the the product since its iron was very heavy but the inside is hallow so the screws while fixing kept falling in the gap and it was hard to get it out.The good thing is that you provided a screwdriver with the nuts and bolts which is very good.After everything is fixed finally it looks good and is spacious. I hope it can handle bigger utensil like pressure cooker and also hope its life is longer.
