DO NOT BUY. I bought one for my kids school. And I bought an extra for home and I’ve never used it at home and today I tried to use it and it’s leaking from the bottom and it doesn’t even smoke the medicine. It’s literally not working. I’ve never used it. Bad quality. Poor material. Feels cheap.

Update: I originally reviewed this as a good product, however it quickly stopped working. The first week it was great, but after that it started leaking so bad that the medicine would all leak out within a few minutes, and it barely creates any mist at all. I was lucky to inhale a few drops worth of medicine in 15 minutes of running the thing. Most of the Albuterol ends up on my hand. It has been maintained, cleaned after prior uses, only handled by an adult (myself), not handled roughly or abnormally. There is no reason for it to stop working other than poor manufacturing. Spend a bit extra and buy a better model.Original review: I bought this for power outages or emergency asthma attacks while I was out in public. It's almost completely silent, and I have used it with the USB cable and AA batteries with no issues. It leaks a few drops, but that's mostly just condensation. As others have said, the masks are small. I don't believe they're child and adult sizes. They seem more like infant and child. I can get the bigger one to just barely fit around my mouth and over my nose, but I am a woman with a small face. A man would never be able to use it. It includes a mouthpiece which is what most adults will probably have to use. I would have given it 5 stars if the masks had been advertised correctly.

Very handy. Even on the low setting, still gives you a good amount of mist, while the high setting probably will just waste the contained liquid or medication. The high volume will also cause wet or too much moist on your face. It is useful and quiet. Easy to clean. Light weight portable.The price is just about right. It functions the way it is intended. I use it as the hand held nebulizer for asthma medication. My old medically prescribed equipment is already so noisy, large, heavy, and inconvenient, hard to store away. I am glad someone thought about this idea. Perfect.

To begin, I bought 3-4 of these nebulizers. These worked perfectly for a month and a half to two months. Then, out of nowhere, they began to leak onto the batteries. For example, I put the solution into the nebulizer and stood it upright on a table ( the usual spot). Not even a minute later, the solution began to disappear and the machine was not on! I replaced the batteries and two never came on again; unfortunately, the return date passed. The other one comes on and has slow speed and poor flow, unlike the strong flow it started with. However, if it did not have a leak, it's the perfect nebulizer for on the go care. The ease of transport and use are superb!

At first when I bought this I thought it was great being portable easy to use and being able to USB or battery charged use I found it convenient makes little noise easy to clean.
