I love this stuff!
It’s delicious. Perfect in margaritas, lemonade, iced tea, sparkling water, the list goes on! And the color is absolutely divine. It makes me happy to look at it and to drink it. It’s fruity but it also has a light floral taste that is so unique.

Sweet and delicious
We bought this to make a copycat violet sake, like they do in Japan, in Epcot. It worked wonderfully and tasted just like our favorite drink!

This stuff is great
Bought this after trying a drink at our local restaurant that used it. Very good tasting. Only problem was with shipping. When I received it the bottle had slightly opened and spilled in the box. Thankfully the other items in the box were wrapped or it would have been a sticky mess. Amazon won’t accept returns or replacement on it so I’m stuck. But if you can pick up a bottle it’s good stuff. Took off 1 star for leaking

Fantastic flavor. A little goes a long way.
So my use case for these syrups is probably a bit different than most people but I figured I'd leave this review for people out there who might be having the same idea I had and are unsure if these syrups are the right move. I've gotten in to homebrewing my own hard ciders during this past year and wanted to experiment with some fruit flavor combinations without having to source juice from all the fruits I wanted to try since that would turn out to be absurdly expensive. I stumbled across these while looking for a cost-effective fruit flavoring that I could add to my ciders after fermentation to bring back some of the sweetness lost after the yeast converts all the natural sugars to alcohol and to add some complexity to the flavor profile.Long story short, these work amazingly well at doing just that and considering Monin has like 130 different flavors to pick from I see myself spending a ton of money on trying them one by one. I found that if you have a cider that's fully finished fermenting to dry (basically to the point where there is zero sugar remaining) you can use anywhere from 1.5 ounces to 2 ounces of the flavored syrup of your choice per 32 ounces of cider. You can even mix different syrups together to create interesting fruity blends and with 130 flavors to choose from, the possibilities are functionally endless.
