Not working
The media could not be loaded. This product is very bad. I purchase two time to time is car is not working. One time, car steering wheels not working. Next time car is not on. Don’t buy. Don’t waste your money. I requested refund option. Trust me.

Defect product poor customer care
Wheel alignment not proper. No toll free number working. For repair under warranty company is asking me to courier the product.No support in Maharashtra Mumbai as well

The quality of car and the function is very much good and battery. Life is too much like one hour, you can play and it’s fun for kid and also for us.

Poor/No customer care response
The duster 4x4 lasted few days with steering malfunction making it turn only one side ...customer care no. no response even on week days. Even after handling with utmost care the steering rack seems delicate . Rest things are appreciable. Made in india product can survive with support network all over the country. One small malfunction will hamper the entire usage . Frustrating.
