Bought 2-months ago for my parents in order to relief on their painful knees. Significantly this pills working like miracle & reduced pains effectively on both of them after 3-weeks from the date of purchase. These really work for my knee arthritis alongside a turmeric supplement. I noticed a difference after a few weeks. Unfortunately my IBS played up and I had to stop taking them. Notice the pain is much worse again. So if you have a strong stomach I'd recommend them.

I had a real pain in one of my knees when climbing down a staircase. After 5 days of taking those tablets the pain has almost gone! That says it all.

To get anywhere near the recommended amounts you need to take at least 2 tablets a day , except for the vitamin c ? Which is the correct amount!

I had pain in knees, and some in upper arms/shoulders which I think is possibly due to arthritis (I am 68).GP thinks it is due to my Type 2 diabetes, though I keep my blood sugar levels in the pre-diabetes range usually.But these tablets have eliminated the knee and shoulder pain, though I still get twinges in my upper arms, though a lot better than previously.I can't say the improvement is entirely due to these tablets, I also take turmeric and MSM capsules, but I definitely think they help.

I have a type of arthritis in my spine and along with a couple of other supplements this seems to help a bit, the pain relief isn't fantastic (but no supplement can give 100& pain relief in my experience) but I do notice my back seems a lot stiffer if I have missed a day or two. Well worth trying but don't expect a miracle (only my opinion though).

I stopped taking this when the bottle ran out, thinking maybe it wasn't worth the price tag, however I soon found out it was, as my joint pain returned with a vengeance, been back on them now for a few days and the pain in my knees has once again subsided, funny how you don't realise how well something works until you don't have it any more, it works brilliantly well compared to most joint supplements on the market so I would highly recommend you try them you can purchase with confidence knowing they work

Already I feel a difference in my joints after only a week and will continue to use. I also take Turmeric but this seems to be helping more with my mobility I no longer have any pain and I used to take two pain relievers in the morning and at night for relief.Great Product will recommend to friends.
