good and natural product VEG Product i guess its made in Gujarat so Indian product , Taste is good , try to blend it before shake it , try to use it with cold milk , do special diet white intake , take it twice daily but its low price product so you have to work on abs to do control on belly fat , which it can cause to , its just my way of thinking . How I consider for 5 star rating ? Here is thatAs the result oriented I found bestet of Best surprisingly 4 kg muscles mass gained after the usage of Month! Have been taking 3 times in a day help full to feel much Powerful and Strong even its recommended dose is should be taken at least three time but my work enforcement I have been taking one and half scoop in single time and two times in day.As it Taste criteria I would be recomanded Good because the Taste of Chocolate Flavor feels you More enjoyable. Good product.. I've gained 2+ kgs with just one 3kg jar though i didn't finished yet in just 22days. I take one scoop eith breakfast and two scoops after workout.. there's plenty of gainer still left in the jar so hope will gain 3 kg.. but you need to consume this with a good diet.. with out a diet you'll waste your money.. you cannot depend on just gainer to gain weight... In the end go for it.. it's taste good.. sugar is lesser compared to other gainers.. and per serving content value is good.. will buy another one after this jar for sure..

Not good product.

Firstly.... I bought it as a mass gainer with an idea that it will grow my muscles larger. Visibility wise muscles haven't shown much result, but it gives a lot of strength to one's body and is clearly visible while weight lifting. I can lift many more kilo's which I never used to pick before consuming this product. Overall it's worth and I have just received my second box... The weight gainer..
