LG G5 H820 32GB GOLD AT&T ANDROID SMARTPHONE

Unlike previous times I've bought an AT&T Unlocked G5 (I drop my phone religiously), this phone DID NOT hook up to AT&T. After calling AT&T, they said I can go into an AT&T store and try a new SIM card.I removed the SIM card from my current LG G5, put it into this new LG G5, and it didn't link up with AT&Ts network. My first hint something was wrong was when I couldn't send all my stuff from one phone to the next.Additionally, the battery was 100% dead upon arrival, and would not accept a charge after being plugged in with the supplied charger for a few hours. I used the batter from a previous LG G5 to get this one working, only to find it's not AT&T Unlocked.Do not buy from this company.

I really like this phone for the price but I have had two issues with it: the first is that the power button broke so it either can't die or you have to perform another way to get it back on. (while holding the volume up button you plug in the phone, then, once the screen comes on you unplug but keep holding volume up until the phone starts, then you can release volume up). The other issue I have is that the screen will change colours to a visually-impaired setting and you have to manually go and change it back. It isn't too big of an issue, the colours just get distorted and muted. Overall the phone is great though. The camera takes clear pictures, the sound is just fine, and the size is nice.

I have had an LG G5 for years. I love the fact that I can change the battery without being a specialist. It is super easy. Plus, I don't want to have to learn a new phone and all the features. So when my old G5 started acting up, my husband told me to get a new phone. I am not paying a thousand dollars for a phone that will take me weeks to learn and days to set up. I want simple and easy. It took me about 30 minutes to upload every picture, video, music, contact, and message. I even received the phone five days sooner than expected! The unit was brand new, not refurbished, and came with a charging cord and instructions on how to set it up. When I put in my old SIM card, I was up and running immediately! I would highly recommend this seller.

The LG G5 is a new phone not a reman. However it is an UNLOCKED AT&T Branded device this is not clear in the AMAZON DESCRIPTION This was me not understanding that being unlocked from at&t that it had over 15 AT&T apps that WILL NOT WORK AND can not be deleted and just a few can be disabled. The rest will interfere with the normal operation of the phone if using an GSM provider like Straight Talk etc. on AT&T towers. So A Factory unlocked or Universal verson would have worked better as AT&T branded apps are absent. So I had to jail break it so it would operate error free.The device is a will crafted, superb , joy to operate. The display is very good equal to the samsung S7 for DPI's

This is a very nice and underrated phone. I had an s7 edge and broke the screen twice on it so I figured I would get a phone that you can get better cases for. I loved my s7 edge but the screens are to fragile. This LG is just as fast. Camera is comparable. Screen isn't as pretty but still very nice. You can get cases with better protection for the screen for the LG g5. Battery life is not as good as s7 edge but its removable and has quick charge. I got this phone for under 300 dollars with an otter box. It came packaged well and seems brand new also unlocked. If you don't wanna spend 800 to 900 dollars on a new flagship phone this is a great phone for the price. These phones aren't changing much anymore in one year don't waste your money. I give it 4 stars because there is for sure better phones out there but do you really need it. Not really. Removable battery is also key. Wears out just buy another one for 12 bucks. Happy with my purchase and ill never spend almost a grand on a phone again.

Let me just say that this phone sucks in every possible way that a phone can suck. Every time I turn this thing on my blood pressure goes up and I hate it with a passion. Do not buy LG, it is crap. The software sucks it has tons of holes and mechanical buttons on the phone even suck worse.I woke up this morning unplug the phone heard something rattling inside pull the battery out and the backing plate off of the power button had just fallen off for no reason. It's glued on and the glue didn't hold. So I spent this morning learning how to take my brand new phone apart so I can put some crazy glue on this piece of crap and get it going again. In doing so I cracked the screen snapping it back in. Did I say I hate this phone?

I purchased this phone as a replacement to my LG G5 (H831) which had lost the GPS and the volume control. I had fixed the GPS when it had gone out a year ago and replaced the volume control buttons. All was well till 1 week ago the volume buttons failed again and the GPS dropped off.. tried to reset the GPS contact and it snapped off.. so I purchased this one (H820). The 1st phone cycled about 5 times and failed to turn on from that point. I contacted for a replacement which I received 2 days later and it has been functioning properly for 2 days now. Both phones arrive and are NEW in box. I was able to disable all the AT&T bloatware. I will update if any problems arise.

Very impressed with phone have had no problems out of it. Great camera, very fast when multi tasking, easily change themes and fonts by using LG smart world and it finally got the 7.0 nougat update. I have read where some give it a poor rating because it has made the app draw obsolete by storing everything to the main layout like iphone does. However there is good news for the ones that still wine over this. LG has an option with the nougat update to allow the app drawer back.

Very impressed quality of LG G5. Everything looks good, incredible price!Like the display and camera also the speed of processing.The only thing, the battery life seems not very lasting.

I’ve tried 7 different phones this year as the big boys have lost their minds with over styling and removing base features that are more useful. This phone is more functional than iphone pro 11

The Android software can only be upgraded through service with AT&T.

This is an American/AT&T phone. Should have listened to the previous review. Very disappointed.
