Good product

Had high hopes
This actually didn't work at all, had expected to work really well, the water hardness is same as before, the installation was easy but the thing is it didn't filter, opened it and checked to found that the way the filter was set, around it the hard water coming actually gets mixed with the filtered water making the product absolutely useless, I tried to hot glue gun to block the leakage and also with teflon tape, but even after the leak was stopped from within, the water didn't got soft. To the company I would like to say just shrink your filters body a little and check the cartilage filter's affectiveness

It DOES NOT reduce TDS. Purifies impurities (most likely)
Maybe it does it's job well at reducing the grime or dirty (not the issue I was concerned with). But I didn't know it has zero effects on the TDS of water. They have mentioned it once you open the pack. So , incase you are trying to improve your water TDS, this is not for you. Unfortunately.

Product not suits for all taps
Not able to fix all type of taps and shower.. My tap is belongs to Plumber... It not fits to this... And return is not available... So i kept this idle...

The product is good but
The media could not be loaded. The product is good but it doesn't fit most of the taps without the adapter. The manufacturer should start giving this option along with the item. I had to goto the hardware store nearby and get the adapter costing Rs200.The otem doesn't fit properly as well as I cannot open the tap in full force and it starts leaking.

Very useful
This is a really nice water softner and it works really well with my bore well water supply. Extremely useful and prevents against hair fall and skin conditions.
