Does the trick, and tastes good
I often have chronic coughing, and so over the years I’ve tried every cough suppressant on (and off) the market. Ricola’s sugar-free drops soothe my throat and stop the coughing, taste good, and don’t rot my teeth: what a perfect combo.

Great Cough Drops
Many years ago I loved the regular Ricola Swiss Herb cough drops. Unfortunately, being diabetic, I now need sugar free cough drops that work. For years I've been using Ricola's sugar free Lemon Mint cough drops for I couldn't find these. Decided to order from Amazon rather than go out to Walmart or the drug store. To my surprise here they were in sugar free form. Ordered one small bag to be sure they were the same as I remembered. They were!!! Yes, they are a little more expensive than other flavors, but they work for me. My only regret is that Amazon doesn't carry larger pkgs, of them. However, I will continue to order them as long a Amazon carries them.

The only thing that works when I catch a cough
Many years ago when I had my annual incidence of bronchitis, I took my usual dose of dextromethorphan, I would wake up several times a night, and in the morning I felt loopy and exhausted. My supervisor recommended Ricola and from that time on, I was able to fall asleep and stay asleep. If coughing woke, I would take a cough drop and go back to sleep. I would wake up feeling okay and able to function. I seem to have allergies that also cause me to cough and Ricola does the job here too. Now I use the sugar free because it's better for my teeth and it works virtually every time.

Most effective and no sugar.
For me, these are the best and most soothing lozenges I’ve ever tried. I only buy the sugarless ones, even though they seem to be harder to find in stores and always more expensive. Almost ALL throat lozenges have sugar as their first ingredient. I’d I want something sweet, I’ll buy candy.
