I wasn't sure about buying a wheelchair online but I am glad I did. The chair is a really nice size and the seat is nice and wide. I have to get used to it after converting from a Jazzy HD614 but I do love the automatic fold/unfold feature and it is so light. I did have an issue when I turned the back beeping noise off but Customer Service was excellent in helping me fix the issue.

I bought this for my 86 year old father. This powered wheelchair is built like tank, and is very well balanced. My Aunt has another brand and you must get down and plug the charger cable directly into the battery. It is extremely difficult to get to. However, this wheelchair, you plug the cable into the bottom of the joystick, so easy! Overall, this is a very nice, quality, powered wheelchair. I recommend.

I love the look of the chair and it works great.The weight is acceptable and such. I had some trouble opening it so I contacted customer service and explained the problem.Within 1hours l was forwarded some instructions as well as a video and we gotthe chair up and running!! Fantastic customer service!!
