This machine is incredible! No cleaning and no messes. I just bought my 2nd machine from Amazon but have been using my first machine for over 4 months. I have hosted team hockey pasta parties, family Christmas and thanksgiving - it has worked without issue. I have gone through over 100 pods and the actual ice cream is so much better and creamier than store bought. I love how I can store dozens of pods that don't need to be refrigerated. I can't wait to wow my guests at my son's high school graduation party next month with this baller device!

Product is as advertised - a hassle free, instant ice cream and treat making machine. Start up was uncomplicated and you just insert the pod and the machine does everything from there - just remember to put a bowl underneath the dispenser part. We like the chocolate oat milk and the vanilla has an extra creamy taste and texture. Good for the kids - super easy to use. Pretty amazing technology - definitely a crowd pleaser.

I can’t tell if the ice cream tastes good the thing did not work only throws the breaker when i tied to use it also you could not use the cartridge after it threw the breaker I tried it three different places I it blew the breaker ever time it’s not my breaker I use the same for outdoor lights all through holidays, and for $2,000 it could come with a couple of cartridges instead I had to wait 8 days to even try the thing

I received my ColdSnap machine and we could not be more excited. The set-up was super easy and the product is incredible. Simple to use, tastes delicious, perfect serving size, and is a fun activity for the family. There are a great variety of flavors to make fresh ice cream sundaes for all. It is the gift that keeps on giving. We love it!!

This machine is fabulous. It produces delightful ice cream in just a couple of minutes. Sits perfectly on the counter, makes almost no noise whatsoever even when it's actually making the ice cream. And, most importantly, the ice cream itself is terrific. Looking forward to trying all the flavors in the lineup. Worth every penny. Love it!!

I have been waiting for this machine for years after seeing it at CES a few years ago. The machine is loud, its portions are small, and the consistency of the ice cream is not very hard. I was expecting more; this is not worth 2K; far less. The machine and packaging look top-notch, but it falls short in making ice cream. Sorry.

I love this thing! I used it at a family dinner this week and my elderly grandfather smiled like he was a little kid. My whole family loves the ice cream flavors and I was pleasantly surprised that the machine really needs no cleaning. Super easy!
