Great for road bikes
The arms where the bikes are placed have adjustable pads and they work good for straight top tube bikes with no rear suspension or shock. I would need to remove the shock on my mountain bike in order to use the rack.Installs easily and does not wobble while traveling.

Great Bike Rack
This bike rack is very sturdy and easy to use. I had no issues putting it together, other than, it’s heavy. I did it by myself, because of its weight, it would be easier with two people. The levers to drop the arms and the rack work great. Getting my bike on and off was a breeze. I love this rack, for the price it rivals some of the big name racks out there. Super deal for me!!

Held steady on a cross country trip.
It is a sturdy rack with movement, even on my cross country trip. I like the option of being able to open my tailgate without too much trouble. I wish the rubber straps were longer so I could wrap it around the frame better. I also wish there was a way to lock the bike and rack better, I used a chain and padlock. All around a good buy.

Quality, Well Built Bike Rack
This is exactly what I was looking for. This rack is a solid, heavy duty bike carrier. Only needed for 2 bikes and wanted something at a fair price. Needed it to tilt away for access to hatch. Also wanted solid construction, not hollow tubes that can bend. I am very happy with this purchase. Have used for several weeks now. Couple bonus features I did not expect. It comes with a threaded hitch pin when tightened locks the rack in the hatch. It also has a very smooth latch release that allows to tilt the bike rack in. I knew it did that but the mechanism is far smoother and more solid that expected. The straps not only hold the cross bar but the way it is build allows for an extra strap to hold the frames seat post to prevent swinging and rocking while driving. It also came with a useful strap to hold the from wheels/handlebar strait. Only small drawback is when pushing the rack back up straight after accessing the hatch it needs an extra pressure to lock back in place. Not an issue for me but not sure everyone would agree.Overall a great 5 star product. Will come back after full summer of use if not holding up and adjust review.

Great bike rack at a great price.
Great bike rack at a great price. I see no reason spend unnecessarily more to buy a Yakima or Thule given the Rhino’s high level of quality.

Just as good but not as expensive as the two top manufacturers
I researched bike carriers based on price, sturdiness, ease of use, and ease of loading bikes. I chose a hanging rack/hitch mounted carrier because I can see the bicycles when traveling, and I don't have to lift the bike over my head and stand on a ladder to install on the car. I have a 2017 Honda CR-V. This company is based in Australia; carriers are made there and in NZ and USA. This rack folds so the cradle arms aren't extended, and so you can lower it and lift the hatch of your SUV when the bikes are not installed. The mechanisms to fold the arms and the body down are actual lever handles, not buttons that you have to press, or pins that have to be removed. It is easy to assemble when you get it, and it is easy to install on and remove from the car. This rack requires a Class III (2") hitch receiver, as opposed to a Class II (1-1/4") hitch. Some other manufacturer racks fit either by using an adapter, but I find the Class III hitch receiver to be more versatile since you can tow greater weights. I also considered that the integrity of a rack might be compromised if it had to use an adapter. This rack is significantly cheaper than the two top manufacturers of bike racks, but it certainly performed well. We took a 700+ mile round trip with two hybrid bikes that weigh about 30 lbs each, and my step-through version bike uses a frame adapter to hang the bike on the cradle like a man's style bike. The bikes loaded easily on the cradle arms and were tightly secured by the rubber straps provided. When you install the rack it seems as if it will sway but knowing you are going to be carrying some weight on the cradle you realize that will prevent swaying. I am very pleased with this purchase and used the extra money I didn't spend on a competitor model on a good helmet!

Heavy Duty at a Great Price
This rack is everything everyone has said. It is made really well, thick gauge steal just like Yakima & Thule, but at an awesome price.Someone mentioned about the hole being small to put a hitch security lock though. Let me touch on that.Remove the 2 Allen Head bolts ( they’re tight, use a small pipe or wrench for leverage) on the receiver end, it is holding in a threaded part for the supplied bolt, which makes the hole seem small. Once this piece is removed, put the Allen Head bolts back in and you can put a normal hitch lock thru. There is a little play, but nothing to worry about, this rack isn’t going anywhere.

The rack is not as sturdy as it appears. Nine months and I have to replace it.
The rack seemed sturdy, easy to assemble. Screw on repeatedly loosened. After 9 months of use went to retighten screw and found that the litch component had began to crack on noth sides.I used the rack to carry 1 hybrid mens bike, and sometime carry a 2nd 26" mountain bike.
