I have made this part of my daily routine to help with leg swelling. I love it! I stand on it for 10-15 mins every morning and I can feel the difference especially in the swelling I usually get in my feet. I like that I can change settings with the remote, though it took a bit of trial and error to figure out what the buttons do. Very happy with this purchase, it was a better price than most competitors and works great.

The media could not be loaded. I bought 3 different vibration machines to decide which I liked best. This one actually felt the most comfortable on my feet! The instructions were very, very minor, so I read the other manuals. The plug has only 2 prongs while the other two I ordered have 3 prongs (having the safety grounding function). So after research I have decided to return this one.

I received my vibration plate about a month ago. Usually when I try something new I have high expectations. So I decided when I first tried this I wasn't going to expect much of anything , just wait and see how it works. We'll let me tell you, This is the best product I have ever bought. One reason I bought this is because I've had a blood clot in my leg a couple of times, so I figured this might help with circulation. When I tell you I could feel the blood going all my body I'm not lying. When I got off, I felt so much better, my head was clearer, I was wide awake, my entire body felt like it had been sleep for years, and has been woke up. My thinking was so much clearer all day. I had energy all day I haven't had in months. This vibration plate is awesome, and I would suggest anyone considering getting one DO IT! You will not regret it. Exactly what I was looking for for a great price! Durable, quiet, easily movable, easy to use!

This product falls short of expectations. It doesn’t remember your settings when you pause, so you have to start over each time. I was on the walking setting, and it ended up giving me a headache after just a short use. Not a great experience overall.
