This is a wonderful product; however, do not start the test without reading and understanding the instructions. I ruined my first test because I misunderstood a step. About twice a year, I have blood tests done through LabCorp per my doctors' instructions. I have found this to be very much in line with the professional results. For me, it offers peace of mind and verification that I am on the right path to better health.

Simple to use and fairly accurate. My Dr moved and this told me I was within acceptable range

I am frequently testing my A1C since I have a DOT physical renewal coming up. I'm a type 2 with absolutely horrid blood sugars. But in recent times I overcame my food addiction and learned to take better control of my blood sugars. Thankfully 3 out of the 4 tests worked and represent the efforts of my diet change. The 1st test failed. After reading some advice to shake the unit itself a little bit after injecting the blood sample. I haven't had any issues ! Awesome test. Since an A1C costs around $45 where I live.

I've used this test 3 times since I've received it. The 1st time when I received the test, 2nd time right before my labs and 3rd time 2 weeks after my labs. My goal was to test the margin of error to see how reliable this kit would be. 1st time results were 4.9 when my most recent lab reading was 5.9. 2nd test errored out. 3rd test was a 5.3 and my most recent labs 2 weeks prior was a 5.9. Labwork is consistent but this kit is all over the place. Instructions aren't difficult so I can't say its user error but I definitely can't purchase another kit on the future because its not reliable and for your A1C, you need real results.

I have been using these for about 3 years and and only had one best test. The others were easy to use and no issues, instructions are easy, the hardest part is waiting the 5 minutes. Once when compared to doctors visit I was within .3 but another time it was .7 off, which was quite a bit. It is a tool but certainly not a blood test from a doctor and a real lab.

I use this in between regular check ups for my diabetes. I find the results are pretty close and at half the cost of my co-pay. I would highly recommend for anyone who wants to monitor their A1C regularly at an inexpensive cost.

When it works, it works great. However it was disappointing when my second test dos not work at the point of inserting the sample into the device. I could not push it down to active the test. It was like it was too hard to pierce or something. So I ended up with one less test 😞

Store in a room that does not get hot from sun. Like a basement. After 78 degrees it is no longer accurate. Do not put in fridge. It is with in 0.1 accurate compared w two lab tests w blood sent in by a real doctor. Sun light will wreck these test. Follow instructions. You have 60 seconds to open teat strip and use it other wise again less accurate as it reacts to the dry air in the house. Flow the steps. Read twice. Also compare lot numbers else again not accurate. Read steps twice it is not an easy test
