Delivery - why does this take 2-5 weeks?!

Maybe the item is very popular and is out of stock. It may take 2-5 weeks before the product is available again on Amazon. They may well deliver it sooner than that time frame.

How do I know this is indeed sugar free, as I ordered a box previously stating it was sf, but it wasn't!!!!

If it isn t just return it as the product is not as described. easy

This is a "box of 20" — does each of the 20 contain 24 lozenges?

I don't actually know how many are in a packet as I never counted them, but I would guess between 10&12.
