Would me 5 stars for espresso quality! Which is excellent. Machine is easy to set up and to use. Heats up quickly and prepares a double espresso in 27 seconds with a lovely crema. Machineis relatively quite, not too noisy, looks elegant and is easy to maintain (clean).I gave this 4 stars because the coffee ground holder is difficult to attach, it firmly goes in place which is needed for the pressure of the steam but it is very tight and takes a bit of pressure to turn into place and also to unlock to remove for cleaning. The 2 ground cups, single and double, are not marked well making it difficult to remove to clean under them.Overall, I enjoy this espresso machine and would buy it again - at least as long as I am strong enough to turn the grounds holder into place and remove it.

Quick Reviews: I've been using this espresso machine and I'm really impressed with it. It makes a fantastic shot of espresso thanks to the 20 bar pressure. The milk frother is excellent and lets me make lattes and cappuccinos just the way I like them. I find the display really helpful for seeing the temperature and time, and it heats up incredibly fast. It's also a nice compact size for my counter, and the large water tank means I don't have to refill it constantly. Plus, the parts are easy to remove and clean.

I wanted to like this, but couldn’t.The good:Makes fine espresso. Uses a typical pressurized portofilter, so there’s no skill to it. It can use normal drip coffee grinds.Looks nice.Has timed (albeit short) presets for single and double shots.But…The display is useless. 198 degrees is the temperature shown…but it never changes. No other status is shown. Might as well say “On”The worst part…the FROTHER.It’s not removable. It’s very hard to clean.It’s got a small orifice that doesn’t froth very well. It just makes A LOT of noise. Not good at 5am. The ones with the removable barrel are quieter and foam better.The foam selector is poorly designed. To go from coffee to steam you have to go past “hot water” which you don’t need in your milk. And then you have to stand by for several seconds while it heats up and pressurizes. Other machines have a much simpler switch design that preheats ahead of time and then steams on command.It’s pretty, but other machines work much better
