This was recommended by a physical therapist for lower back pain. It is narrower than other support belts I have purchased, but it appears to relieve my pain just the same. It is actually more comfortable than the longer support belts that are 8 to 12 in Long. It has double straps so you are able to tighten it to secure it around your lower back and then it has two side straps that allow you to make it extra snug. This has been a successful product so far, and I expect it to last quite a while, as it is well made.

It is well made and the Velcro really holds. Definitely does the job for the back. I didn’t have any lower back pain while wearing it.

This belt was recommended to me by my chiropractor. After my adjustment he suggested I get a belt for more support. FYI, transport locally 4-7 hrs on the road everyday.I've tried several back supports, but they just don't help. Some are too cumbersome while others just don't give the support where i needed it. The chiropractor showed me the belt he wears everyday to work and gave him the support he needs. He said it doesn't have to be complicated or bulky to do the job. So I bought it and I'm very happy with the fit. I wear it under my clothes and is not very noticeable. Really I wouldn't care if is did show because it has been giving me the lower back support I needed.

This belt has helped tremendously with my low back pain. Provides stability. I have been able to walk more often than I have for several years. The belt does all it claims to do, relieves pain and normalizes function of sacroiliac joint.

I ended up having to get surgery, but prior to the procedure, this belt was the ONLY thing that helped alleviate my back pain. It at least made the days leading up to my surgery more tolerable and I am so glad that I had this to help!
