This is the only product that I have found that allows you to exercise each of the joints in my fingers in both directions (both opening and closing the hand). I had severe nerve damage to two sets of nerves which resulted in some of my fingers being contracted into a claw. Over a year exercising with the bands for an hour a day (and several sets of bands) has straightened and strengthened the fingers. I can now type and play my piano.It would be nice if they also made them with bigger loops and sold them in sets of five of the same strength.

I purchased these for my husband, who is having problems with things like buttons and shoelaces.I hadn't realised I was buying three packs of 3, but have passed two sets to friends who have had hand injuries, and they all find it a good way to exercise fingers together and separately.

Great for children to use for hand strengthening activities. Fun and easy to use. Would be helpful to have exercise sheet included with product.
