Terre Bormane White Vinegar (Aulente) - pack of 2

This product was recommended to us by an upscale wellness spa and I was so glad to find it here. Delicious and healthy. You won’t need any oil with it.

I have ordered this before and LOVE this white vinegar. However, this time, they sent 2 RED vinegars and despite my calling, trying to return, etc... no resolution so stuck with the wrong product. Will not order this again from Amazon.

This vinegar is good enough to drink. It is an essential in our kitchen, the most loved of our half dozen most commonly used vinegars.

I started buying this Vinegar for a gift from Formaggio’s Kitchen in Cambridge, Massachusetts when I lived close by. They are a world famous cheese in gourmet shop. The price was $16.95 per bottle and I never imagined that I would pay that much for vinegar on a regular basis. No I live 45 miles away from the shop, so I had to begin ordering during the COVID-19 lockdown. I was very pleased to find it on Amazon. Now after using this vinegar for years, all of my recipes are tuned to this vinegar And I can’t live without it! I also figured out that my Vinegar expense is not really a problem with my budget. So, I also begin buying a high end red wine vinegar that is amazing: Volpaia Italian Red Wine Vinegar from Italy. Formaggio does ship, however, their shipped price is much higher than purchasing here on Amazon, at least for the white balsamic vinegar.

This vinegar is now the only one I ever use. I love it! Very light yet is very tasty on any salad. I just add oil, salt and pepper. Easy!

This vinegar has very gentle taste, it is a great addition to salads. It doesn't change color and leaves all ingredients with it's original taste. I discovered it in Chef Central and have been buying it on Amazon since that time.

The perfect white balsamic! Fruity and delicate, it doesn't even need olive oil on a salad. I have ordered it twice on Amazon since first buying it in a little market in L.A.
