The media could not be loaded. Easy to put together, took about 20 minutes. Perfect for one large hamster, maybe two. My hamster really enjoyed getting to know her new home. All items were well made and she played or tried to eat everything. The only negative is that the water bottle is a little small. I did not use the fan..it has a USB charging cord. It is made sturdy. I perceive it will be easy to clean. You may want to use a better Allen wrench. The one provided is a bit flimsy. I am happy with the purchase.I do recommend.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this one because it was cheaper than most. Overall we like this cage, it was good for a little while, but my Syrian hamster is just a little too big for it. He doesn't have lots of room to dig, it's got enough room for all his important stuff, wheel, house, water, food bowl, and a couple smaller toys. Good for beginner, going to be upgrading shortly :/ the wrap that comes on the cage sucks to take off, the plexiglass or whatever it is easily scratches, and have to be careful of set up because my hamster used the side air vents to climb out the top. Pretty light and easily to build.

Very spacious and easy to assemble. We have a dwarf hamster and she has plenty room to wander around and play. We like the slit style air holes. That way our pet cannot escape and no other critter can get to her. We put about 4 to 5 inches of wood chips to cover the floor. Very good design.

The media could not be loaded. First of all the plastic had deep scratches in it. Second the film was really hard to take off. It took longer to get the protective film off than it did to put together. I didn’t get all of it off because it was stuck in the wood crack. The deep scratches really upset me.

THANK U SO MUCHHH! It’s super nice and really easy to built! Holds a lot of weight and is super strong! It fits a lot of stuff and is perfect for a dwarf hamster. Won’t recommend for anything bigger than a dwarf. It’s Super safe and doesn’t have any rough pointy edges! Love it!!

The size of the cage is perfect! It’s nice and spacious for any small hamster. However, all the wood panels were warped and you can tell the wood is cheap. The plastic panels are flimsy and they give you a tiny screwdriver to put it all together with but it’s practically useless. You’ll need a drill if you want to actually put it together.

The cage ended up looking cute, haven’t put my mice in it yet. But a couple of pieces didn’t line up so I had to sand them which was very tedious and it still is very tight to close. Also, to get the protective film off of some of the panels, I had to unscrew the plastic parts and screw them back on because I couldn’t get it off without doing that. It was definitely harder to put together than it’s supposed to be. Maybe don’t get this one, but if you love the style you can make it work. It’s good for maybe 1 small hamster or up to 3 mice. Definitely nothing bigger than that.

Just as described. I read a few negative reviews and was concerned at first that it wouldn't be worth the money. However I was pleasantly surprised, it took less than half an hour to put together and went together quite easily. No broken pieces, only one small missing screw but I had one that size so it wasn't an issue.
