It's an encapsulation
This incredible book gives an essential foundation to structure your approach going into any kind of sale regardless of the product or market you're trying to get into developing

Like the book
Like the book. You can pull most of the scripts you like and mold them to your business. The "bonus" section in the back with mortgage scripts is pretty useless though. This book was written around the time when internet shopping for a home loan wasn't a big thing and it talks about saving money and low rates. Completely useless in today's market when a couple of clicks can quickly show the consumer rates from numerous companies and where they often ask what these "low rates" are to compare.

A real treasure of effective phone sales scripts
As a sales trainer, and author of sales books...I was fascinated to find this treasure.First, let me say that the price seemed out of line. It's a paperback book, and I assume that selling it for $35.96 will hurt sales. On the other hand, it really is worth the asking price. You get multiple, quality, scripts for cold calling, answers to common objections, and closes. Each section gives you multiple responses, so you can pick which one fits your style of speaking and temperament. These are not textbook scripts, but ones that almost certainly will work. If you are selling something by phone, I think this book would be a worthy addition to your library. Study it.

I am glad I spent this $$
I took this to a print shop and had them cut off the paperback binding so I could place in a 3 ring binder - I have used and read on many occasions and while it was PRICY - I use it often. I don't know that I can say my sales increased x% since I got it, but I use the book often and find it very helpful. There are many examples of types of products that I can adapt (or omit) as I review.Great resource to me

Sleazy scripts
It’s a lot of “if I ____, would you_____?” I was expecting something that didn’t sound so cliche and desperate. I thought maybe since the book was kind of expensive there would be something special about it. If you have no sales experience whatsoever it’s somewhere to start but I found it a little useless.

Great scripts and invaluable to someone who cold calls B2B ...
Everything as advertised! Great scripts and invaluable to someone who cold calls B2B for a living. This book and Smart Calling by Art Sobczak are two of the best I have come across for prospecting.

What's My Line Anyway?
If you're in sales or sales training you run into the occasional "stumper" that your customers or students throw out at you. This book brings some really fantastic phone scripts that are proven. You can tell Mike Brooks has done this for a living and I refer back to this treasure trove of usable, relevant, scripts that really do work!

Very impressed.
This book wasn't cheap and is rather small. The information is great and offers some very good script examples you can model to make your own. One of the best books I've read on sales.
