Very nice TV
So wanted a 32” smart TV for my dads boat for his birthday. I have always had good luck with Vizios so figured I would stick with the brand. I also wanted the 1080p not 720p. This also having 2 HDMI inputs will be great for hooking up multiple devices and it also has a tuner for use with an antenna. I am always skeptical of mail order TVs as I have had multiple issues in the past with them showing up broken but this one was perfect. Turned on and everything works great. Hopefully will be able to hotspot to the TV to run the apps.

Know what you want before you go looking. Expect your money's worth.
I find that the Vizio TV's are the best on the market for both cost, and quality. This is the fourth one I've bought. I even put Vizio TV's in my fifth wheel. Low cost when compared to the other brands, great picture, a quality product, I can't lose with this brand. It's a win-win all the way around. I even bought one for my grand-daughter. The two tv's in the RV get bounced around a lot when traveling, and they have never failed yet. If you lose your remote, replacements are available on amazon.com, as I found out. And they work as advertised.

great picture. sound poor in bass.
first I think this is refurbished but did not say this on the web page.box was perfect and did not look like it was previously opened.no batteries, the user manual was printed on a copier??one leg bag was opened??a screw was floating around in the box (versa mount screw).this is my second Vizo so I knew how to set it up, use casting etc.giving this 4 stars since the audio is not so good, even with equalizer adjustments.

Freezes too much
It has great quality but from time to time it freezes meaning I have to unplug it and plug it back in. Another issue I found was the remote would become non responsive... yet again I have to unplug it and plug it back in. Wouldn’t get it again with this knowledge

One Complaint, no Two...
So far only two complaints. The channel number and name on the screen is so small, you have to stand right in front of the screen to read it. You cannot turn it up loud enough for even slightly hearing impaired people.

Great TV
Excellent TV, picture quality is great, loads a little slower than expected but software update helped that.

Good Product
I’ve had this t.v for a while now, & it’s been good. I haven’t had any problems, assembling the t.v was easy, quality is good, worth the price. this t.v does have smart features, however if ur looking too have Disney + on this don’t expect it. Other than that This T.V is worth the price & a good Product.

Great TV
Top of the market for 32" 1080P TV's. Cant beat it at its price at the moment of purchase. Not a fan of the limitations of the smart features, roku is king at the moment.

worth it
I usually only buy Sony electronics, just because every sony thing i buy, lasts 10 years. and every other brand i buy, tends to break/malfunction after a few months of use.So i was weary of buying from Vizio to begin with.I have to say though, i'm happy with my purchase. The price was very fair, comparatively. The remote, and control response feels good. The tv software doesn't seem glitchy, or problematic. The screen looks great, and it's the perfect size.If i had to mention something i wasn't crazy about, it would be the USB navigation menu.I'm use to my sony tv, which i THOUGHT was difficult to use when playing media off an external device. (ext. drive, or thumbdrive, etc)but it turns out, vizio's layout is even worse. It almost looks like DOS. There's no display images, and the text is tiny.I wouldn't say this is a big enough issue to prevent anyone from buying the tv. i still highly recommend buying this tv.I'm only saying this to prepare future purchasers, for the lack-luster experience they're in store for when using this specific feature.

Don't buy, not a smart tv
I originally liked this, but now I am annoyed. It would be fine if it sold itself as a regular tv, but it brags of being a smart tv, and keeps claiming to be smarter with new updates, but it's profoundly stupid. It supposedly updated its firmware to allow working with Alexa (and others). Yet, it demands you log in to myVizio, in order for this work. But, that doesn't work. They force you to use their online service, which is almost unusable. They don't let you register. It forces you to try again and again, but never says what the problem is. They built their tv to work based on a website, that doesn't work. Do not by Vizio products until they get their web site working (or stopping forcing people to go to their web site). Pairing to Alexa should be easy, it's not. Don't say you have a feature that you don't.

Vizio ftw!
Good 1080p tv! I own 5 Vizio tv's up to this point. I have a 70" 4K, 65" 4K, 60" 4K, 40" 1080p, and this one.Vizio has some of the best panels out there with some of the most competitive pricing. I've never had one break down or die, the picture quality is on par with every other major manufacturer. It's a good buy if you're looking to replace an old tv.

Not smart
This is fine if you use an HDMI, connect your Xbox or console, fine as just a basic af monitor, but almost pointless as a “smart TV” casting is moody, sometimes it just decides it doesnt have the ability to be wirelessly connected and you can’t even discover the device. It’s own little apps, like Netflix, YouTube, freeze and take you back to an incredibly laggy Home Screen. Or just freeze altogether and you have to unplug the tv. Amazon Prime Video casting to it or trying to use their App to play something is just terrible. Casting from my phone means sound doesn’t sync and videos jump and pause, casting from my laptop just never connects, and using their built in app just brings an “error” message. I have tested this with other friends TVs and it works fine. It’s not my other devices. Calling customer support to fix this issue just brought me through about an hour of “are you connected to WiFi, can you unplug it and plug it back in, check if there’s any updates, did I solve your problem” until ultimately I was conveniently disconnected. Sometimes it also decides that when you’re turning the volume up or down a few notches, it just thinks that increasing it to max or min is totally what you wanted. Picture quality is fine, gaming is fine, having the Rogers box connected was ok, smart features are a bust. And for me that’s most of what I do.

Only lasted 6 months and Vizio wanted to send us a lower featured TV as a replacement.
Our son received this TV as a Christmas present in December of 2017. I usually stick with Samsung TVs, but the features, the price ($270 in November 2017), and many good reviews led us to this unit.In July of 2018, we started experiencing issues with the interface. It would go black, apps would stay on the loading screen, the whole thing got laggy. Vizio wanted us to return it and once they got it they would send a replacement. My son wasn't happy with this (I had hoped for a cross shipment, or an advanced swap using my credit card, but Vizio wouldn't do either. I did more troubleshooting and I reset the TV and made sure it had the newest firmware on it. After this, the TV seemed to work fine and my son was happy again.Fast forward to September and the TV started getting laggy and painful to load apps again. After about 5 minutes of trying things, the TV refused to turn on at all. With no other option, we called Vizio and set up a replacement. I shipped the box to them and a couple of weeks later received a phone call. Vizio didn't have any replacement of this model available so they offered me a "newer" model. I searched for the "newer" model and informed them that the model they were offering was actually an older model and isn't have the same features. They then offered me a refund for my purchase so I could buy a comparable model elsewhere. While I had them on the phone I searched and couldn't find anything comparable, without spending an extra hundred or so out of my own pocket and I told them I wanted the unit I had or something with the same feature set. They couldn't do anything there and then so they told me they would call back.A week or so later I received contact from Vizio. They refreshed themselves on the case and offered me the same options, neither of which is any more suitable than they were last week. This time, however, I was told that there was no other option.I guess I'll end up with a refund, and I'll have to spend a little more money along with it to get my son a quality television. Oh well.UPDATE:I started a warranty claim process on September 25th. It is now November 8th and I still do not have a functioning television.First the TV was going to be replaced with a lesser model with no Smart Cast features. Then they wanted to provide me with a refund as Vizio had no stock of replacement televisions, refurbished or new. Then, out of the blue I got a shipping notification that a new tv was on the way. Great! Unexpected, and when I contacted the support line they were confused. That tv arrived damaged. (No fault of Vizio). Now I am going through multiple support representatives. I'm getting multiple unrelated emails from multiple Vizio departments, including one department apologizing for losing the damaged tv, that I signed for, in shipping. Really??Now I am sitting here, being put on hold over and over, while the support rep tries to figure out what to do on his end. I've received unhelpful emails from Vizio and decided to call in to follow up. I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing. They know I have the tv, in the box, as they asked for pictures of the box. But tonight they offered to send a box to send the tv back. Really?? Once I explained to them that the tv is in its box and that they already have photos of it they wanted me to send them an email requesting a shipping label. What? Why? Just send me the label! Why do I need to request a label for a tv they said they would replace. Send me the label and I'll take care of getting it to the nearest UPS point (which just so happens to be an hour away). This support process has been so frustrating. So frustrating. My son would love to have his shiny new 32" TV back, however he is making do right now with a ten year old, 15" tv with some unknown brand stamped on the front of it.I had high hopes for our Vizio experience, I must say, those hopes are gone. I'll be hard pressed to buy another Vizio tv no matter how great the deal is. :(
