These vitamins are really good! IQ Biology gives you so much more than just the hair and nail vitamins, others don't! It truly is a complex daily vitamin as well. After just a week, my fine hair had more body and looked healthier. It takes twice as long to blow dry now, any of you with super fine hair will understand what that means, it's so great! Give a try, it works
This product does what it claims, my scalp was itchy, hair was thinning tried this for 3 months and scalp is better and thinning areas are filling in. Not a miracle problem solver, but it has helped.

Great for the skin
Well I bought this for my boyfriend for his hair. And hes noticed a difference in his skin once he pointed it out I realized he doesnt have so many crows feet. Haven't noticed a difference for his hair yet, but im sure we will.
