Excellent ID
Excellent bracelet ID ; it is very comfortable and does not rotate around my wrist nor slip up or down my arm. Trimming the band for size was easy as well. The engraving is sharp and clear. While visiting the manufacturer's tutorialfor trimming the band, I saw that additional bands could be ordered. Rather than buying a second band in order to have an additional color choice, and having to switch the components out, I ordered a second ID direct from ROAD ID. After reviewing the order confirmation, I realized that I had not ordered the ID with a medical alert badge, calling the company was easy and they quickly fixed my mistake. The ID is excellent. The customer service was top notch. The ordering, processing and shipping was very timely.

Been good and has held up for me.
Not sure if some of those people have somehow recurved a defect ID Bracelet or what. But I have had mine since October 2019. It is April 2021 as of writing this review, attach is a picture as is today, minus I blurred out the personal numbers on it. It gets worn at work, lawn work, everything. It never comes off. It has been banged around, there is a dent on the metal from one hit. But I don't see how it would rub off like some show unless you take like sandpaper to it.When you go to size the band I have one tip. Which is to make sure you cut it in a line. So when you close the clasp you can push in two groves and it bites into the third, if you do that, the clasp can not move and does not let go. The rubber or silicone or what ever the band is bad out of that has worn smooth where as it used to be textured, just shows that I never take it off. But it does the job very well. If I where to buy another one some day I would consider buying another one of these. However there is one thing they should change and it would make this better and for those have issue, this should fix. Engrave the text and fill with ink. This might make it more expensive, but that should fix any rubbing off that people are saying they are having.

Amazing bracelet, but have some issues (Update)
I ordered this because of the high rating and stylish look but there are definitely some disadvantages to having this bracelet as well.Advantages:- The clasp is well made so your bracelet wont fall off without you knowing ( It had opened a few times on me, but it was just the clasp not the actual bracelet coming loose)-it is made of silicone so its lightweight and does well in water (can shower and bathe with it)-It isn't bulky as other medical ID braceletsDisadvantages:- Once you size it to your wrist, by cutting the silicone, you cant go back and change it...it remains that size. So size it carefully.- The writing on the bracelet plate is too small. My nurse in the ER had to put glasses on in order to read my bracelet.- The bracelet is way smaller than u think. For men, I think it would be a little too dainty...I am a tomboy and it feels and looks too slim for me.-I had this type of laser writing on a bracelet before and after a while of use, it wore off. (I will update this after some time of constant use).UPDATE: I was in a horrible car accident where I was t-boned and broke my fib/tib, have a fractured sternum/ribs, blood clots, and a hematoma. I was in excruciating pain and the EMTs and Trauma team kept asking me what my allergies were. I have 6, so it was nice to have this bracelet, so they could just read it out loud. Although this has some issues, they are minor and I would recommend this for people with medical issues and a lot of allergies.Would give a higher rating but it has problems. Hope this helps whoever is thinking of buying this.

A comfortable yet rugged medical bracelet
I have Meniere's disease and decided a few months ago to get a medical bracelet in case I get a vertigo / nausea episode while on a motorcycle run (please don't judge me for continuing to ride despite the Meniere's affliction). I ordered this bracelet in early July and it arrived at my house within a few days in a nice metal box. Lettering on the metal "tag" is quite clear and has not faded one bit since I got it. I chose 5 lines of text, and although the fit is tight on the plate, it is very legible and very professional in terms of the font (which resembles Arial Narrow), with all letters in upper caps. To make a long story short, I have now been wearing it constantly for the last 4 months (I don't take it off to shower or when I go to bed at night) and it looks very good. The trimming process is very easy and I chose to do it over a few days, wearing it for a couple of days at a given length to make sure and then asking my wife to trim a couple of ridges (you will understand when you get it) to get to the right fit (for me). I highly recommend it and am very happy with the closing mechanism on the latch (has not failed me yet or come undone). I even took it in the ocean in August and removed it the next morning to rinse the salt off the black bracelet and the latching mechanism.
