Zebronics Motherboard ZEB-G31 Socket 775

I was in big dilemma before purchasing this motherboard. It was in my cart for few days, but after reading so many negative reviews regarding its bad audio and video output and also regarding cheap quality I removed it from cart. I have browsed so many forums for more reviews regarding its performance, but I couldn't find many. I have finally thought of not buying it.I have shortlisted few other branded motherboards available on Amazon and started comparing with each other including this one. I have researched a lot on online forums and manufacturers website regarding these products. After lot of research I found there isn't much difference between Zebronics and other branded motherboards except for the brand name. So, Why should I pay double the amount for a similar product with almost all same features? Is the extra money for their brand name? Finally I made up my mind and thought of giving a try and purchased this one. And it resulted in my best buy.Though, I mostly go for branded products irrespective of their cost but the same time I never hesitate to try a new brand or product. because I believe no brand became famous overnight. So whenever an option is there I always try various new products. And till now I never regretted for my decisions Because all products which I have purchased delivered more than expected.I have purchased this MB for my 10 year old assembled desktop which was struck by lightning in 2014 and the ASUS motherboard in it was blown away. I thought of giving it to scrap and dumped in the store room. After that I have purchased a branded customized Workstation with very high configuration for 100K. And recently when clearing the old stuff I found this old desktop and found everything working fine except the motherboard. So I have replaced the faulty motherboard with this one.My assembled desktop configuration with this motherboard :-Processor : Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3,0Ghz processor (Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3,0Ghz)RAM : 4 GB (2GB+2GB DDR2) RAM Kingston 667 MHZ fsbHard Drives : TWO drives 500 GB eachOS : Windows 7 64 bit and Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 64 bitAnd recently I have changed the old CPU fan with Terrabyte CPU cooler (Terabyte CPU Cooler for intel LGA775 CPU ). The built in Intel G-31 chip set is doing fine job. This motherboard is giving exceptional performance. Here follows its pros and cons.Pros1) Its very cheap. Almost half the price of branded one.2) Running smoothly without any interruption. I have kept it continuous on for several days and carried out all types of tasks to check its performance.3) Audio and Video quality superb.4) Light weight5) Integrated with original Intel G-31 Chip set. So don't need extra graphic card until unless you are are going to use it for playing very high end games or professional video editing and graphic designing.6) Playing HD videos very well without any interruption. Even full HD videos with 1980 pixel are playing smoothly except for few videos7) Good for assembling budget friendly desktops with superior performance.Cons1) Its not supporting two different frequency RAM of same size. So if you want to install 4GB DDR2 RAM in two slots (2 GB each) go for same frequency like two 667 MHZ RAM or two 800 MHZ RAM.And for those who complained about bad audio and video output, I request them to please update audio and video drivers, because I am getting superb quality after updating drivers and also try to change the settings of video player for better results.So, if you need a motherboard with better performance for exceptional price then go for it without any second thought.

4 stars because I am paying just 1980 Rs and what I received is good although brand is different and amazon packaging was pathetic.But seems like they all get their motherboard from same supplier and then rebrand it to them. So I accept the product.So Foxin or this product tried their best, the Board looks new and good and presentation was good too. But amazon totally failed, like they sent the product in underwear because it come in a paper wrapped box. Flipkart for example always send tightly wrapped product in polythene and bubble sheet.Any way, whats the bragging when Product works, and it works. The Board boots up fine and temp are good too. I got a ACP index mixmatch error probably because of Old drivers of old motherboard, it will be fixed with a new installation of windows and drivers. The old PC will be used for basic task mostly movies and basic surfing.

1. This product is supplying without CPU fan. So, please place the order for CPU fan along with this for compete setup. (CPU fan rating is 12V 0.28A required)2. AMI Bios as mentioned in the catalogue.7. As per mentioned in the catalogue, i could not find out the S/PDIF output connector.8. After a long time of assembling zebronics motherboard and doing lot of hard work i finally assembled this motherboard and it is working perfectly now.since i was using pentium processor supporting motherboard which was very old and work slow then i replace this motherboard to former it is now working very fast and also support 4 gb of ram.also it is cheaper than any other branded products of same specification. please buy only if you know how to assemble it otherwise don't buy or assemble it with mechanic.

I have been waiting for a this motherboard for my old pc, never knew that it wont work at all. My old mb starts but its usb dnt work, but this one dnt even starts. Dnt know what the defect is.. or why they sell such defective products.. i paid extra to get one day delivery... To get this defective piece... Now i have to wait more to get a replacement... I wasted so much time n money on this mb... I will recommend that dnt buy this product and dnt ever buy it from this seller kharidiye se kharidiye.. it seems they sell defective products... So bad experience. First time tried amazon instead of flipkart and this happened...

This is NOT a Zebronics G31 Motherboard. It is Zebronics Z31 board. So far, performance is satisfactory. Windows 8 drivers are not available for this Mobo. Win8 is running fine with Windows 7 drivers, but I occasionally hear cracking noise from speakers (Driver Issue). Seller - Classic Computers and Networks - had mentioned this mobo as 'Zebronics G31' in the Invoice. I requested him to change it to 'Zebronics Z31' (since G31 is a completely different motherboard), but he declined. As a result, I may lose up to 4 months warranty (due to Seller's fault). Wont purchase from him again.
