Great quality and value
I have been cleaning up trees on my property from Helene. I have quite a few. Very little of it was finished before the final green waste pickup because I just didn't have the right tools. I bought this 3 in 1 forester set of tools and I could not be happier with it. I felt that the price was very good for the tools and quality that you are getting. It will still take me a good long while to cut everything up but this tool will be a huge help in getting the job done. I can now use the timber jack to lift logs and avoid pinching my chain and dulling it in the dirt. It works very well and keeps the log in place while cutting. The Cant hook is great for rolling logs. The quick easy pins for adding and removing extensions and the big foot jack stand are a fantastic idea. So easy to operate.I had a log that I couldn't move because of its length and closeness to a bank and other saplings. With this tool I could easily cut the log into three and move them where I wanted them. Fantastic!I am so happy this is made in America and made so well. Also veteran owned! Keep up the good work. You have a great product.

The tool I needed for cutting trees on the ground
After cutting down large hardwood I have struggled with cutting into 16 inch length with the logs on the ground. I have often hit dirt with my chainsaw. Cutting a portion of the tree and rolling the logs isn't always and option as many of logs are stacked in piles. This tool allows me to clamp on the trunk and pull down on the lever to raise one side of the log off of the ground. My chainsaw doesn't hit dirt and it is a single cut no more moving the tree. There are tree width and weight limits to elevating the tree, but the leverage bar hasn't bent yet.The splitting wood features of this tool are nice. I can stand up next to my log splitter and without bending over grab a log and lift it to the splitter bed. I have picked up some heavy logs and had to use both hands and turn my face to side (in case it slipped off) so I wouldn't punch my self if the tool slipped off the wood. That hasn't happened yet and hope it doesn't happen. The key point is no back pain as I do not have to bend over. I have broken three different brands of Pickaroons (around $60 each) as I have tried to use those to lift logs to the splitter bed. This is a winner product and I did purchase the full kit with the belt attachment to hold the grabber while splitting. The tool has slipped out of the belt loop loop a few times, so I mostly just set it to the side.

Useful
I am a homeowner. Trees frequently fall on my property and have to be cleared. I also split maybe a cord of firewood each year. Cutting, lifting, moving, and rolling these logs has been more difficult as I get older. A fairly large tree, about 25 inches in diameter near the base, fell this year so I decided to try this product. I purchased the LogOx 3-in-1 multi-tool.I only used the timberjack three or four times because I had already cut up most of wood 12 inches or less. It worked reasonable well and will save you some back-breaking labor propping up some of the smaller logs to cut without having the chainsaw come into contact with the ground.I used the hauler and it performed mostly as advertised. You could use it to lift maybe a 14-16 inch piece, but those are too heavy for me. I found that it doesn't do that well with the smaller stuff, say 4 inches. I suppose the pickaroon is better adapted for moving smaller pieces, but I did not purchase it. The hauler is well suited for lifting pieces to throw into a pile, or into wagon or wheelbarrow, but not so good for stacking those pieces neatly to be split later. To stack neatly, you have to place the log on the row, then bend to release the cant hook.I purchased the tool mainly to use the cant hook to roll the trunk of tree when I was bucking it. I was able to roll 8 foot sections of the trunk without too much difficulty. However, I think the extension handle is short. I would have made it longer for more leverage. Maybe there is a reason it was kept to the shorter length. I suppose you could slip a longer length of black pipe or galvanized pipe over the handle for more leverage. When I was using the timberjack, I realized that one of the clevis pins had fallen out. Fortunately, I was able to find the pin and clip on the ground. I am certain I had the clip fully inserted through the hole in the pin. It must have struck a branch and popped out. I see that LogOx offers optional swing arm hitch pins. I presume these are more secure.I did not buy the carry bag or hauler holster. The LoxOx is pretty heavy, even without the extension handle or timberjack attachments. I could not have it hanging on my waist all day, and banging against my leg as I walk, and I think that few people could.I would like to have had the pickaroon included with the LogOX in a set without having to purchase the bag and holster. Purchasing it as an add on option for $50 is a bit pricey. The LogOx is a useful tool which will save you some bending and lifting, and minimize the need for three separate tools. If you just want a cant hook, then you might opt for one with a fiberglass or wood handle which would be lighter and easier to use.
