Functioned but apparently lacks either calibration or has internal stability issue.
Nice looking unit, had user guide, on VHF, had tendency to display second harmonic frequency, the power measurement lacked stability, PL tone measurement was ok. Either a product quality issue or lacked proper initial factory calibration. Documentation did include crude calibration sequence, have not attempted to recalibrate unit yet.

Good Frequency Meter - But

On HF - frequency measurement only, power measurement is useless.
Reads zero watts power regardless of input power 5-50 watts on bands 10,12,15,17. Maxes out at 8 watts measured on bands 20 meters and longer - regardless of input power 5-50 watts. For only $15 more, get one that works, like the Surecom SW-102.

Junk.
Power measurement inaccurate, frequency measurement ok for about a month, then all measurements wildly inaccurate. Just past the reurn period. Don't buy.
