I use this to listen to music at work, the feature that I like the most is the range from the device, which is approx 20-25 feet, and the charger with the magnet. It’s easy to just pop it on when you’re not using it. A few times when I’ve removed the earpiece for a second and lay it down I find it will stick due other metal objects which makes it easy to find (it fell out of my ear once and was stuck on my earring lol) I also purchased the newer version of this which IMO is poorer quality due to the short range. Overall I love the earpiece for phone calls and music, the sound is great. I keep one at my desk and one in the car

Just finished my first use of the earbud. Only lasted 2.75 hours. Nowhere near the 6 hours as advertised. The unit was completely charged after I received it, prior to first use. Sound is good. Controls on the unit are ok, although it is uncomfortable trying to push the buttons while in my ear. The fit is good for me and it doesn't move, although my activity has not been very vigorous. I will charge the unit and try the playback again and see how long it goes.7/30 Update - Well, second use of the earbud managed 3 hours almost exactly. Still not close to 6 hours. Not sure if I'll be keeping this one.

I'm using EM1 earbud and it is very easy to charge the battery and I'm satisfied with the product, I put EM1 to charge the battery and it connect automatically no delay, 2 month ago I bought 2pcs newer type, earbud EM8 because it can adjust the volume, but by EM8, I have difficulty to charge the Earbud, i have to move, press etc to connect to charge the battery, the red led didn't appear, it should be bad contact, one of them is easier, but the second one was extremely difficult. I don't know the problem was the charger it self or the earbud. Some time I leave to charge the battery one night and the next day I found out, it was low bat.My problem was the return window was already closed, because I was 2 month traveling. Now I couldn't have contact to the supplier, if something to do.I appreciate if some one could help me, thank youNote the other earbud function is normal and I like itThe replacement piece has been received, and this works perfectly and can also charge easily.We give now full rating for this product for my satisfaction for the product and your support. I originally wrote a review for this product giving it 2 stars because the battery doesn’t last very Lon and customer service contacted me immediately which was very nice of them. I upped the stars to 4 due to the customer service and how helpful they were. This particular product is. Dry clear and works well but the only downside is the battery. They sent me a different type of ear piece that they sell and that ear piece has a wonderful battery. I haven’t needed to charge it for over a week now which is amazing so thank you customer service for caring about your customers!

I saw that this was on sale and could not resist. The sound quality is fantastic, and the microphone is so much better than I had expected. I can simply talk in a regular voice when on the phone and more often than not, the person on the other end will have no trouble hearing me. I even used it to talk to someone on the phone while I was driving my moped, so the fact that they could hear me even with all of the wind is a very good sign. I also love the volume control and the fact that you can change songs from the earpiece while listening to music. My one complaint is that I accidentally keep turning the volume all the way down (but, I also have big fingers). Also, the light on it is actually red/white, not blue, which was disappointing aesthetically, but I highly doubt that the color of the light is anyone's deciding factor. I would definitely recommend this product!

At fist this earbud was awesome, I did not use this on a daily basis, sometimes at work but mostly at the gym. I did like the multi function buttons and there were no complaints when talking to someone on the phone, but if the thing stops working before a whole month then it’s just garbage.

I love mpow and i love tiny buds. This one works really well. I just have to be careful not to accidentally hit the volume button because it takes a bunch of clicks to get back to full volume. I thought the second button would be cool, but i find it unnecessary.

good earpiece but battery only last 1 hour. the mpow em1 last over 5 hours.Update . They sent me a second one for free. Thus one last me 3.5 hours. Much better then the first one . I like this one over then the mpow em1 because this one can adjust volume on the earpiece. If u connect it to the tv, the tv can no long control the volume.
