Using for a year; no issues.
Coming up on a year with this cartridge; no issues.This is extremely inexpensive compared to HP; HP software do recognize that this is not authentic toner and won’t work unless you change a printer setting. Once however you change the printer setting to allow all toner everything works fine. I have had no issues with this toner and it is still printing strong.

Great Product!
I purchased this due to a lost cartridge from another manufacture. Having bought several generic cartridges, this was my first time purchasing from this company. To be honest, I have only used the product for a week prior to writing this review; however, I find it to be a superior product to other generic cartridges. My prior experiences have been hit or miss at best. So far, I have been very happy. Cartridges print clean, with no lines or dots in the drum. I've also not had any leakage of ink. I will definitely purchase from this company again.

Stopped printing halfway through
Toner was fine for a while. Then it suddenly started to print 1/3 of the page very lightly. Shaking the toner doesn't help. Toner is about 2 years old and needs to be replaced even though it has 50% supply left. Disappointing.

Works just fine. Instructions are wonky — follow instruction for color cartridge, not B&W cartridge, though.

Good Value
I have bought twenty or so of these now and only had trouble with one. The seller was very quick to ship out replacement and replacement worked great. Print quality is similar to HP's cartridges. No constant messages on printer about wrong toner either.

Be wary of spots on the page
This is fine for most uses, but it sometimes leaves black dots or marks on the pages. Don't use this when printing resumes!
