Nice and compact, smooth design. Great for when your out qnd about. Heats up fast and comes with a glass tip.

I tried one of these products and it was a delight to vape for the price, having a great lavour. However my purchase arrived with a broken part... most annoying, hence the one star!

There appears to be an art in using these devices and not easy to use. I struggled so I can only give it 1/2 marks. Even if used properly it is not meant for making clouds, you hardly produce smoke and I tried a few.

Forever experiencing fault codes, takes around 4 mins to reach 200⁰c!!I had an airistech viva prior which broke after approx 6 weeks.... no reply from airistech and no doubt when this one stops working which will be shortly..... there will be no reply to that either...I suppose a buy cheap.... buy twice applies with airistech products, being honest I would look at other brands in the £100+ range for a decent atomizer, I won't be buying another airistech product after my experience most importantly the complete lack of customer care/service.... there is none!!!It did work great initially but after around a dozen uses..... error messages began to appear!!!The mouthpieces are short lasting, difficult to clean, seals keep failing, the glass one..... well it looks good but.... you can't clean the tube!!!The viva model.... well after a few uses.... they crack and fall apart so if you buy this model buy some epoxy resin tooAiristech: SORT OUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FAULTY PRODUCTS IT'S RELATIVELY SIMPLE.... YOU LISTEN THEN YOU RESPOND WITH A SOLUTION.... AND TAH DAH IN RETURN, HAPPY CUSTOMERS WITH A REGULAR FLOWING SALE STREAM!!! STUPIDLY SIMPLE... 👍Please send me your best/flagship model as a gesture of apology to try out and see if that lasts longer than a week And if it's good I'll let you know via review.... if its bad... Product is perfect, very smart, does exactly what I need.

Started off really good however it stopped working keeps saying low voltage even if I charge it to full battery.
