As someone who had digestive issues every now and again, I think this is a pretty good product! The consistency is a very tacky and soft, like a cheap taffy, so if you're sensitive to soft textures, this is your heads up. The flavor is a very sweet artificial "generic miscellaneous berry" flavor, but if you grew up on cheap Halloween candy, it won't be a problem lol. But it works very well, and very fast. Took care of my issues pretty quickly. No nausea, cramps, or sudden "urgency" if you know what I mean.

These are a clear winner for me. What a difference from Bisacodyl: faster acting but not the urgency, usually not as runny and less cramping. These give me more confidence of being able to better control my trips to the potty! They are individually wrapped and taste fine to me as well as being easy to use.

These taste OK, not medicine-y, not gross, better than the powdered product. They don’t work as fast as it says on the package. But they get the job done. No pain or discomfort. I did need to take a second dose, however. And it took twice as long as the instructions said. Still, better than the powder. Will use again if needed.

It took up to 10 hours for results. Also drink a lot of water with each dose. And they made me feel faint and raised my blood pressure. I don't have a heart condition, either. But yes, they do work. I took 2 in the morning and 2 at night, drinking lots of water before and after, and about 10 hours later, it flushed me out. But it made me feel faint and raised my blood pressure. I'm a healthy, active person but sometimes diet and stress can give us digestive issues. I chose these for ease of use and the good reviews. Just know that they might make you feel faint and raise your blood pressure.

I am anemic so I take iron... which means I usually am pooping rocks it is horrible. I was taking fiber and the regular white powder mix Miralax which is fine. I wanted to have something that I could take but in smaller doses to manage constipation but without getting diarrhea. These chews work well, it took some trial and error to get the right amount (about half a chew for me). Taste is subjective, to me these are revolting. I hate the taste and the texture. You feel like you have to chew it to death to get it to breakdown enough to swallow. You also need to chug a ton of water to get it out of your mouth. Rather just stick with the regular Miralax.

MiraFast works amazing! I’ve tried a lot of different things because I don’t use the bathroom regularly, but this is the one that really helps. It makes everything move smoothly and comfortably without any harsh side effects. The taste isn’t bad, and while the texture is a little weird, it’s nothing that takes away from the results. Not bad for the price either. Overall, highly recommended!

These Mirafast soft chews taste great and are super convenient—perfect for travel or tossing in your bag. I really wanted them to work for me, but unfortunately, magnesium-based products just aren’t effective with scleroderma.I should have looked into that a bit more before purchasing.That said, I’m still giving 5 stars because my sister and a few friends tried them and had great results! If magnesium works well for your system, this is a tasty, easy option definitely worth trying.

This product works great, so much more convenient and truly works! Unfortunately I finally realized it took hours to fall asleep after using it. Looked at ingredients, and it contains red dye 40. Evidently I am very sensitive to it. So if I want to take this product I must do it early in the day...obviously that is not often convenient 😐Just a heads up to others who may experience sleeplessness after using.
