Tastes great!It helped me with my digestion right away and made me feel more regular and less bloated. I also noticed that it helped clear my brain fog and stay focused at work.I didn’t really notice an appetite difference until I was a week and a half in. Now I can definitely tell a difference, am eating much less and less frequently without feeling hungry!

This is a TINY pouch for the money - and I wasn't a fan of the taste. Granted, that's a personal thing. I bought because of the higher quantity of yerba mate per serving, but the peach flavor was way too artificial tasting for me.

Tastes really good! Not a big tea drinker but this tastes more like juice! Will be ordering again. Definitely worth getting the bigger bag though if you're really wanting to try it

I am not as big of a fan of the flavor but if you are looking to be full all day then this is the drink for you.

I love the flavor of this tea. You do not need to add any sweetener at all. It has a pleasant natural sweetness that I love. As far as the health benefits I have not noticed it curbing my appetite but will continue to use until I finish just for the taste alone.

This is absolutely disgusting!!! I’ve had other bags and this one the color is way darker the flavor is awful! Do not buy this one!!! And you can’t return it! This is awful! I would give this a no star!

Great flavor. Thirst quencher. A little goes a long way. Good value for the money. Repeat purchase. Will buy again.

If you love tea (like my husband)you will love this...if you can't stand the stuff (like me) then skip it cause it's very VERY strong tea
